• The hotel is very nice with friendly staff and its connected to a six story shopping mall.
• Nothing.

“The Holiday Inn Galleria is a great place to stay in Manila. I will definitely stay their again on my next trip.”

• The mall is right in the building.
• The room smells are really bad, and the bathroom is always leaking water on the floor.

“I had been in this hotel three times, but this last stay I had a bad experience. The room smells bad, the bathroom is always flooded every time I take a shower, the security guard had a bad attitude, I asked him to help to call for a taxi because it was raining hard, instead he ignored us.”

• The staff are very friendly, they represent the Filipino hospitality at its' best.
• Although my kids like the room (especially the marble floors) it needs updating.

“The hotel has very friendly staff. I like the wood trimmings on the wall but the hallways smells like wood polish. The breakfast buffet selections are nice, geared more to the Filipino taste. My son loves the swimming in the pool. The pool guy gave us a towel without me asking for it. The manager was very helpful and reception dealt with our request promptly. All and all we have a very satisfactory stay.”

• A nice clean place w/ excellent courteous staff and always happy to help and cannot ask for a better location ,for accessibility to transportation.
• Restaurant is a bit pricey.

“For the rate of the hotel it is a bargain, an excellent location. Transportation, restaurant and shopping next door (a mall). This our fourth time staying at HOLIDAY INN, GALERIA and we intend to stick to this place. A nice convenient, comfortable, clean place for a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend it to a friend.”

• Convenient location, 110v outlets in bathroom, and prompt laundry service.
• Inconsistent room amenities.

“All in all, a good place to stay. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms not consistently updated (some rooms had more amenities/more updates than others).”

• Decent location, reasonable price compared to similar.
• Reception staff were less than friendly.

“Although the room I booked included breakfast, I had to provide proof which was heavily scrutinized. Since I had only booked the room for one night.”

• Junior suite not available so I was upgraded to huge suite no charge.
• My room key only worked once and had to go back to desk to reset 3 times.

“Galleria was a very nice hotel. Very clean and modern with friendly door staff. Breakfast buffet was high quality with variety. It is located very far from the airport however.”

“I'm sorry to say that, I had to cancel my stay at the Holiday Hotel, due to me having my wallet stolen at a nearby mall a few days prior to my stay at the hotel. I did however go by to see the hotel and saw that it was nice and clean, located right next to an up scale mall, and situated in a major business area.”

• Location in Manila is conducive.
• Internet should be free.

“This was a great place to stay. Check in was easy. No problems with anything. However, I feel Internet service should always be free. There is a mall and restaurants are nearby. Rental cars come here. Also, this hotel participates in the Priority Privilege program which allows discounted items such as restaurants and other services. Not too far from the airport either and close to the main through fares of Manila. Located next to the historic EDSA shrine.”

• Location next to a major shopping mall was excellent.
• For a Holiday Inn, cleanliness of room was not too impressive.

“Value was not bad but would have expected a better quality room or at least a cleaner room compared to other Holiday Inn's I have stayed at. Location was excellent and being connected to a major shopping center was extremely convenient.”

• Very convent next to shopping mall, gym, and supermarket.
• The hotel added in their own country tax which is 12% plus additional charges.

“It is right next to a shopping center with movie theaters, super market, restraunts, and gym. However, at the end of my stay the hotel added in some hidden charges. Claiming that the rate of "$69++". So total paid was $82.00.”

• The 4th floor lobby was connected to the entrance to the Robinson's galleria shopping mall.
• Hotel location could have been closer to the airport.

“Excellent hotel, good hotel staff. Which were very helpful & friendly. All hotel facilities were very good. I had a very restful stay.”

• Location, good room size, access to everything.
• People from the check in desk don't greet guests with a smile, no enthusiasm at all.

“Very convenient, but needs a lot of training on welcoming guests, the people on the check in desk never smile. They never showed any hospitality which Filipinos are known for. I did not see any courtesy on any of the staff except housekeeping!!”
