• The hotel was close to the Tube and very easy to get to all the places we wanted to go to. Safe area!
• If you use a prepaid calling card. DO NOT use the local access number, use the toll free one because you will be charged per minute for local call.

“The hotel was very nice and in a good safe area. A block from the Tube. Had a little grocery store between tube and hotel which helped save some expense too. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Rooms were big! Loved it. As far as the phone thing and using the toll free number. When asking the staff about using the card they did tell me it would be a pound and half per connection but neglected to tell me to use the toll free number, so you can imagine my surprise upon checkout the phone fees I still had to pay. But other than that all was perfect.”

• Shabby rooms, uninformed staff, hidden costs.

“The hotel is in a great location, but the staff are not very helpful or well-informed and the rooms are shabby and old. This is not a 4-star hotel.”

• The location is great and thanks to Priceline the room rate was affordable.
• I did not receive a message for an appointment. The hotel clerk was not nice when I questioned him.

“This hotel has a great location. It is clean and comfortable. Some of the staff needs to be more courteous. Overall, this hotel is a good choice, for business and leisure travelers.”

• In room safe, good location, we had a quiet room.
• TV not 4 star. Sheets & towels not 4 Star. Hotel soap left filmy feeling on body.

“This hotel has a perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and quiet. The TV was out dated. The bed sheets were a bit rough. The towels had a strange unpleasant smell as well as being rough and too small. The hotel soap was not to my liking it was filmy and had a weird smell. Besides that the soap squares seemed to evaporate. The king bed had individual blankets that were warm and comfortable, I had never seen that in a hotel before, not bad. The AC was okay but not very powerful.”

• It was a four minute walk from the Gloucester tube station and pubs/eateries.
• The bed was a bit hard.

“Located in the Kensington area of London and a few minutes walk from the Gloucester tube station (Piccadilly and Circle lines) the NH Harrington Hall is great place to stay on your vacation. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The neighboring area has public transport, restaurants, pubs, just about anything a traveller might need.”

• The bath lacked toiletries. This is a comfort that I am accustomed to.

• Very convenient location.
