• Car park but gates not locked of a night.
• Really bad smell 24 hours a day.

“Really not in a good place riverside road? Industrial estate with really strong (bad) smell at all hours of the day as the factory's work 24 hours so very noisy.”

• Friendliness of staff.
• Hotel opposite a liquid nitrogen plant! No hot water in wash basin or central heating. Breakfast food was not well cooked and hot.

“I would like to have known exactly where the accommodation was situated as we did not know the area and were very concerned about the general area. this started us off very concerned about our surroundings and well-being.”

• Good value, well placed for train station and friendly.

“Very competitively priced accomodation. Room was clean although a little small. Hotel was near a train station and quite easy to find. Breakfasts were hearty and staff were friendly. A good experience.”
