• Great location.
• Dishonest management, uncomfortable beds.

“If the rate that was quoted was for the lower end hotel, it should have been stated at the time of reservation. The hotel manager was not apologetic or courteous. He made us feel like we were cheating them! We ended up paying the higher rate. If not for that we would have been reasonably satisfied with this hotel, except for one other problem that the bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like you were sleeping on the box spring or bottom frame of a set of mattress.”

• Comfortable room, near shopping centre.

“We stayed for 6 nights at New Era Hotel. Service was excellent and though communication was sometimes difficult the employees were friendly and try to give the best service. Food was good. The room was clean and well furnished. We really had a nice stay there and would love to stay again in future.”
