• Location, service, room standard.
• Unexpected tax at the restaurant, high lap top rental fee.

“Very nice but a bit tiny room with excellent view facing the Petronas. Excellent location, near the towers with a lot of travel opportunities (monorail, train, taxies). Wonderful breakfast with food from several continents (for instance Malaysian, Japanese, European). Great staff always service minded, smiling and helpful. Our best hotel experience so far. Beautiful restaurant with splendid view, swimming pool, training centre, jogging group in the park and excellent transport service to/from airport etc. The only cons are that we experienced an unexpected tax at the restaurant for food/drinks and that some services like laptop rental was expensive. But a memory for a lifetime!”
