• Twin tower view from bedroom
• Hotel staff were lazy and not interested, so not very friendly

“The Hotel has two wings, the New World wing being the lesser of the two. Location is conveniently close to the Golden Triangle as well as to a Monorail station. There are better hotels available, but when you have a good bargain, this one is wok”

• Great value for the money. Spotlessly clean. Great location.
• Hotel staff were very unorganized and not very helpful.

“The hotel itself was outstanding. Very nice facility and great location. Client service is seriously lacking at the hotel though. Seems to be very poorly run for a 5 star hotel and certainly not what we have experienced at other hotels of its caliber. Concierge was also very unhelpful. Perhaps they cater to business travelers more than leisure travelers.”

• The room was not impressive.

• This hotel is located in the center of the city.
• Poor maintenance of elevator. On several occasions we were stuck inside the elevator car and we had to call for emergency assistance.

• The service was great, the location was excellent, the swimming pool was terrific.

“The hotel was an excellent value in every way. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lampur.”
