- The hotel was upscale, comfortable, clean, and family friendly.
- Smoking in the lobby.
“The hotel is great! It is part of a casino, so there is a smoking smell until you get to the upper floors. Our room was non smoking, was clean and very comfortable. The decor was upscale and the view of Innsbruck, Austria and the surrounding mountains was beautiful.”
