• Exceptionally friendly staff; very accommodating and attentive.

“Excellent for an airport hotel. Was on the club floor and received excellent service. The food in the club floor lounge was superb. Would absolutely use this hotel again in the future for a business stay.”

• Free airport shuttle service.
• Restaurant prices do not match quality of cuisine.

“If you need a hotel near the airport with free shuttle service, this is the place. Actually, it's one of only two hotels near the airport. Otherwise, nearest hotel is 45 minutes in Seoul. The lobby is grand and the rooms are large and very well designed comfy beds. However, you pay additional charges for internet and other services. Restaurant very pricey for the quality of food, probably because they know travelers need to dine and there's nowhere else to go!”
