• Comfort, adaptability of staff (opened breakfast early so that we could get to event on time)
• None, it was an excellent hotel

“The staff were very accomodating. They rang us to check on arrival time, and adjusted their timing to allow us to check in early. They also were sufficiently concerned about our missing breakfast (we had to leave by 8:00am, that they opened early, provided full breakfast service, and had the account ready. Very efficient. We will certainly be staying their again when we visit Hereford.”

“The Hotel was very clean and our room was spacious. The hotel is situated along the A49 but there is no noise from the traffic in the room, which resulted in a great nights sleep! We will book again if we are staying in the area. We would recomend this hotel.”

• Friendly staf; comfortable, warm room; easy location to city centre.
• Width of twin beds not generous - no sheets supplied, only duvets. Toiletries (shower gel) lacking.

“Cosy and quiet, yet just off main road and easy to find. We were imagining that rooms were in main building, but were in separate annex. However, apart from single access through conservatory which served as a lounge, this presented no problem.”
