• The experience with the staff was so awe full that I cannot recall anything that I liked.
• Noisy, unhelpful and rude staff, facilities a little outdated.

“My experience in this hotel was terrible. I was charged for my room another twice and the staff did not do anything to help. The hotel was noisy and I am sure I would have enjoyed my stay better if I did not have to deal with the payment issue everyday for an hour each time. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and after talking to friends who live in Guadalajara, I heard many bad things on Fenix, the way they treat their customers and their inefficiency.”

• Great downtown location.
• Need to ask for additional towels.

“The hotel is located in a great location downtown. Many historic sites and great restaurants located within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great hotel for the price.”
