Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Good breakfast. Large quad room. Clean.
Strong odor in lobby for 24 hours. Possible maintenance problem. Better second day.

“This hotel was easily reached via taxi from airport. On older street (But all streets are old!) Easy to go out of front, turn left and walk 3 blocks or so to bus, local square with fresh fruits, small stores, bank, etc. Post Office 1 block away. Very friendly staff and local people. Bus is close to take into Florence city center. I would stay again.”
