Staff was excellent, especially Carlos at reception. Good location, clean hotel. Good value.

“Pretty hotel, good location to Florence's sights. Room small but clean, good bath in room, well worth the price. The staff is the best; very friendly and went out of its way to meet our needs. Recommend the hotel highly.”
