• Great location, very pleasant room, general hotel environment and ambience, and finally very polite and helpful members of staff.

“Overall, a very pleasant experience once I had moved rooms!

Had I known the noisy and unpleasant position of my first night's room, I would have upgraded my booking through the internet and thus avoided a very disturbed first night's sleep.”

• easy to organise. friendly staff, good value for money, good atmosphere. clean and tidy hotel.

“small and friendly hotel, outside of the city centre in glasgow. Inexpensive but good quality - clean, tidy and friendly. Near to many interesting parts of the city (the west end), and great value for money.”
