• Loved the beds.
• Nothing.

“I was absolutely amazed. the staff was very friendly and went out of there way to accommodate you. The location was perfect near all of the landmarks and shopping. The breakfast was the best. Well worth the money. I was there for a birthday and we had a blast. Perfect place for the young and old.”

• Original room unsatisfactory for couple.

“The inter-continental in Frankfurt is a great hotel with friendly staff, perfect location for seeing the city by foot. The hotel lies directly on the main river, a stones throw away for the museum mile. The river wing is the place to stay - beautiful rooms with a scenic river view. We spent my birthday there and were surprised with a plate of mini brownies at midnight. A great weekend!”

• Free internet and computer access!
• Price for breakfast buffet was outrageous.

• Beautiful decor, wonderful beds and duvets, very tasteful; friendly staff, great location - beautiful.
• Two separate single beds could not be moved together.

“The hotel decor was very refined and excellently designed. I have stayed in over 500 hotels worldwide, and all around there isn't much more I would like in a hotel.”

• It was half clean
• . They didn't even have hot water. The insider (Concierge) didn't know what WiFi is, or where to find a good restaurant .

“If I want to sum it in one word I would say "sucked". If I have to stay on the streets, I would and wouldn't stay in this hotel. they didn't even have hot water the first day. When I called to have them fix it, they acted lioke I am an idiot and don't know how to adjust the hot andd cold water. After 4 hours of aclling they showed up and supposedly fixed their boiler. As soon as I got in the shower and soaped up the water went cold (freezing cold). I had to rinse the soap up with that water. It was so bad that even though I had paid for 2 days, I checked out after one. They offered a partial refund only to chase me down 50 feet away from hotel and ask for it back, claiming they made a mistake and shouldn't have refunded me. Never mind that they had a reciept which I signed to get the money and when I asked for it back, they said they have already destroyed it.

I tell you, just stay away, read the reviews of some other hotel, or go to some hotels that you know from your own country. Like for me as american, I can bet that Hyatt or Hilton are great and anything goes wrong they take care of it right away. When I pay, I don't need song and dance, I want service. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.”
