• There is a walkway connecting to the airport.
• It was impossible to find the entrance because of the construction.

“The location was fabulous but the signage to find the entrance to the hotel was seriously lacking. We drove around the airport loop four times, stopped to ask the parking attendant who also did not know and finally followed a teeny picture of a bed. I would expect the Sheraton to have a large sign. This was extremely frustrating.”

• It is convenient, clean and friendly. Service to the airport is excellent.
• Nothing, really.

“This hotel is great. We needed a change in room arrangement because we had a 12 year old with us and they accommodated us without problems. Great hotel. Will stay there again next year, when I fly in and out of Frankfurt, Germany.”

• Paying through the nose for internet access.

• Expensive amenities, 2 euros for phone calls, business center expensive, could not print boarding passes.

“Although the hotel has a great location, it is exceedingly expensive. The staff was not up to par.”

• Since your website would not allow me to input 3 people. The hotel staff made accommodation and checked on us. They took real good care of us.
• The bathroom door knob was coming off and had a hard time shutting.

“I was very please with the hotel staff and their hospitality. My family and I enjoyed staying with them.”

• Excellent location. Walk in and out to airport, subway right there to get into heart of town.
• Subway closed at midnight. It was an expensive taxi back to Hotel from heart of town after midnight.
