It was nice to have a photo of the hotels in advance. Hotels in Europe are not as fancy as they are in us, but the friendly service makes up.
The low beds and missing washcloths in some hotels.

Free Internet/computer available with printer at all times; located in real "neighborhood" not tourist area.
Very small elevator means you must depend on staff to bring up/take down your bags.

“Beautifully decorated, excellent staff service, comfortable rooms -- this is an excellent buy.”
