• Restaurant was excellent.
• No air conditioning in our room.

“The hotel appears to have a new section and an old section. We paid for a 3-star hotel, and I think air conditioning should be expected. Everything else was fine.”

• Room size was good and staff were polite.
• Internet access is very expensive.

“Staff were polite. Location is a problem since you have to take a taxi or bus to come to the hotel from Main train station. Internet is not free and is expensive.”

• Location not very central.

“Hotel was fine just too far from the central stuff in Hamburg. I n a neighborhood of small fast food restaurants and one local bar. About 3-4 miles away from the typical central stuff and 2 blocks away from bus line. Only trans available except taxi.”
