• Staff very presentable and polite.
• Quality and variety of buffet food slipping.

“I travel often on business, around as, and frequently stay at the Hilton; however I was alarmed to see the deterioration in the buffet at the rainbow terrace. I have always enjoyed the fact that after a busy day trying to maximize business time in Durban it's an easy option to go downstairs for a quick, reliable and varied meal. However your variety seems to be shrinking, especially on the sweet side of things. This is an indulgence I so enjoyed, as my wife haste on a short leash diet wise back home, and I used to love to sneak the occasional treat. This time the offerings reminded me more of my boarding school days and it was a lot easier to stick to my diet. My wife would be pleased but I'm not. What's happening Hilton not quite five star. Think Beverly hills may get a look in next time around! Shape up or ship out!”
