• Attention to detail and overall helpfulness.
• Room service guy was too keen to tell us he was looking after us. Wanting a tip, which we did give but not till the end of our stay.

“Just spent 5 days at Le Royal Meridian - fantastic 5* service. Staff friendly and attentive, immaculate in every way. Attention to detail excellent, choice of restaurants good but a bit expensive but there is a choice of restaurants on the newly open marina development just round the corner. Beautiful gardens with buggy to take you to the beach if you are too hot to stroll along! Cold flannels await you if you do feel overheated! Rooms immaculate - wonderful cotton and silk sheets. Would suggest if going with children to take along beach toys, lilos etc as they are not provided and there is nowhere nearby to buy them. Fantastic poolside entertainers at lunchtime - a trio who know how to make the day go with a swing!”

• Staff, food, rooms, and position; all first class.
• Should have an adults only pool.

“Perfection all round! Had so many wonderful holidays here. The staff and management always remember you and your personal tastes. Food superb, service exceptional and rooms to die for!”

• Friendly staff, excellent food and very clean.
• Nothing to complain about.

“What a fantastic hotel very clean and the staff are very friendly, I could not fault any of it, there is a lot of building work going on outside of the hotel but that did not bother us at all would go back to the hotel.”
