• Very elegant.
• Not much for kids to do other than swim.

“The facilities and location are breath-taking. The beach area here is one of the best in the hotel zone. The staff is very professional & courteous. The prices for the restaurants on site are a little high; but the quality is superb.”

“Very polite, attentive and friendly. Much nicer location than many of the other 4 Star properties. It was also right on the beach and had beautiful swimming pools. The rooms were some of the nicest that I have ever stayed in.”

• Nicely kept, rooms are comfortable but decor needs an update.

“Hotel is very nice overall. Staff not as friendly or welcoming as other high end hotels I have stayed in. The outdoor pools are beautiful, but the pool water was extremely salty. Have had better experiences at other hotels.”

• Pool area is awesome.
• $25 per day for internet.

“This hotel is awesome! It is a few miles from all the discos. You can walk to a few restaurants. Only stay here if you like being treated like royalty. Our only complaint is the $25 per day internet charge which is ridiculous. The pool area is fantastic! We would LOVE to stay here again on our next trip to Cancun.”

“I do a lot of traveling and stay in a lot of hotels, but this experience would have to rate at the very top of any hotel experience I have had. Superb!”

• I liked that the beach was right there and it was a very clean hotel.
• The service declined drastically in front of my face. That was an unpleasant experience.

“I will not return to the hotel due to the poor service. Although the hotel grounds and rooms were beautiful and clean, the service was poor for a four star hotel. At first the service level was great, but after checking in the staff attitude was very different. It may have been a coincidence, but the friendly attitudes turned outright rude. Also we spoke to other guests and they received turn-down service each night without asking. We oddly never received it!”

• Very beautiful pools and beachfront best I have ever seen.

“Overall, the hotel was fantastic and very luxurious. The pools and location on the beach are spectacular more than what we expected. It was just too expensive. They charge for many extra little things.”
