Location.
Breakfast was expensive.

“The hotel is in a prime Christchurch location with easy walking to all the central tourist areas of the city. The staff is excellent and cheery and rooms were nicely appointed and quiet during our stay.”

Location is good. Modern.
Views are terrible. Rooms are small for the price.

“This unacceptable to me and I now am very suspicious of the "buy it now" option for oversea hotels (and rental cars). The hotel was fine, but was over-priced relative to other possibilities in the same area.”
