• Clean rooms.
• Terrible restaurant service-long waits for food.

“Very difficult to arrange online for 1 room with 3 adults (1 to sleep on couch or rollaway bed). The first room given us was very tiny-impossible for our week-long stay. Our complaint yielded another - just as tiny. Despite what we were told at the front desk, we saw a larger room being made up and asked for-and got that. Lobby was constantly packed with business people on phones, laptops.”

• If you need to be in Houston or north of Cambridge this location is great.
• The staff was a bit stiff and they messed up my bill at check out.

“Clean rooms and remodeled facility. it is far from location proper so if you are here to sightsee you will be paying about 9 pounds each way for a taxi. If you need to be in Houston or near the M14 the location is great.”

• Nice large room - nice desk - free parking.
• I had no complaints.

“I was very satisfied. The price was reasonable. The hotel was clean. Everything was fine. I only had one problem - the Internet connection in my room didn't work. I arrived at 11pm and was too tired to call customer service regarding the Internet connection. So it wasn't a big problem.”

• The restaurant staff were excellent!!!
• Although we had already paid, the hotel itself charged us again for the room.

• Clean, spacious rooms. Excellent restaurant & bar.
• Distance from city center and lack of public transportation.

“Staff training was excellent. Everyone was pleasant and capable. I'd Recommend it IF one had a car.”
