• Good location, clean, quiet room, good facilities - gym. Good food from restaurant.
• Heating not working reported on arrival but not repaired.

“Room was good, comfortable bed and clean linen. Nice to have iron, trouser press, hair dryer, coffee making facilities in room. Room service was fast and efficient and food delivered to room was hot and very enjoyable.

Had to request additional towels and bath robe. Reported heating not working but was not fixed during stay so room was very cold.”

• Wireless LAN in room, comfortable bed
• Thin walls - could hear neighbours

“Would have preferred a larger gym, but the room was fine, and the restaurant was excellent. Good service, both from the restaurant staff and the reception staff.”

“The seminar I was attending was in the hotel so booking a room seemed logical (saves travelling north on the M11 first thing Monday!) The room had everything you'd need (but the shower didn't produce constant hot water so I used the Club's showers after my swim).
The food in the restaurant was excellent (and reasonably priced).”

• Clean, comfortable room, good location, great facilities, esp. golf course. Mostly friendly, helpful staff.
• Most staff (esp. in restaurant) great, but couple a bit dozy.

“Hotel was exactly what I expected of the Moat House chain, clean, comfortable and modern with good facilities and good food and drink. Staff in the restaurant and bar were friendly and professional. Would certainly stay here again and would recommend this hotel. Was also pleased to get a good deal over the internet.”
