• The ocean view room elegant,very clean & the beautiful view. Staff exceptionally friently/polite. A+.
• None.

“Overall our family holiday in Shangri-La was GREAT! Excellent service. Beautiful view-garden/ocean! Amazing experience! The whole family had a very positive & wonderful time! The variety & selection of food good choices. Imagine their chocolates from Canada! Expensive Bernard C.! Para sailing, weight boarding, spa etc.”

• Facilities, family oriented, all the activities.
• Not worth the money you pay.

“We stayed there 12/26-30 2006, the rooms were clean but at this rate you would expect a much better room, it is really not a cheap hotel, especially the food was quite expensive, the food was good but the price for the same dish is more expensive than a 5 star hotel in any big cities. the chi spa was good, for someone who doesn't know what chi is and don't understand anything in Chinese medicine. We still had a good time there, but it wasn't worth the price we paid. The rooms are simple for the same price you can get much nicer rooms at any other Shangri-La's, and my son and I got rashes in the main swimming pool.”
