• The location along the Esplanade was incredibly convenient.
• The decor of the room was a bit old and dated.

“For the money spent this hotel was an incredible value. It's location along the waterfront in Cairns was incredibly convenient. The hotel tour desk did a fantastic job providing recommendations of activities and taking care of the bookings where applicable.”

• Beds were poor, needed board between boxspring and mattress.

• The hotel provides reliable airport transfers.
• Twice, when we have checked in late at night they have given us rooms without the proper bedding that we requested, i.e.,2 doubles instead of king/extra.

“We have stayed here about 20 times. We usually get room with breakfast. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly. The pool area needs an upgrade.”
