• The best thing about the accomodation was the location. It was so easy to stroll into the city and never to far to go back if we'd forgotten something. Also the bath was lovely with plenty of hot water!
• The room was compact. The bed seemed a little smaller then a double bed and the bed cover wasnt clean.

“Overall our stay was thouroughly enjoyable. The staff were perfectly gracious and the room was adequate for our needs. We decided against dining in the hotel but it was so close to the city that it didnt cause any problems for us.”

• It was spacious & clean and comfortable.
• Telephone beside the bed smelled terrible. Bed was a little too hard.

“the whole experience from booking online to chacking out was probably the easiest stay in a hotel i have ever had. the staff could not have been friendlier or more efficient and they were a pleasure to deal with”

• Hotel not far from night life in Cardiff, has private car park reasonable room rates and good restaurant and bar facilities
• Private car park very disorganised, guests dumped cars blocking others in, had trouble removing car when departing.

“Overall very good, room was very clean, decor very nice. Hotel staff very helful and friendly. Room service arrived on time and food was excellent. On booking the hotel advised that the car park is on a first come first served basis and spaces cannot be guaranteed. However since there was no attendant on site at all times, guests dump their cars blocking other cars in. Had trouble removing car when departing - very disorganised.”

• CLEANLINESS, STAFF, COMFORT, LOCATION.
• CAR PARKING LIMITED.

“THOUGH CAR PARKING IS VERY LIMITED AND AVAILABILITY BASED ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVED, THAT IS THE ONLY DOWNSIDE TO WHAT IS A COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, FRIENDLY AND IDEALLY LOCATED HOTEL.”

• The beautifully decorated and spacious bedroom. The friendly and efficent book in clerk.
• It was lovely but a few more facilities like a swimming pool and a younger style bar

• excellent location, clean, big rooms.
• Too warm,key cards kept clearing, had to keep getting them reset.

“The hotel is in an excellent location for all that Cardiff has to offer. The staff were very friendly. I stayed in 2 rooms during my stay (I was on business for the first part of my stay and then I prolonged my stay for the weekend) and they were both large, well equipt rooms, and were very clean. I will definately be back.”

• excellent food; staff extremely friendl/helpful.
• Having information on local busses (schedules, necessity for exact fare, etc.) would have been helpful.

“This was an excellent balance between economy and luxury for us as senior American citizens on our first visit to Wales and Scotland, traveling by train, taxi, and foot.”

• bill viewing on tv, great!. Air conditioned rooms.
• Bed spread dirty. Salad not washed. Room service slow.

“The standard of food was not what you would hope it to be for the price that you pay!.
Bed spreads were not clean, i would of liked to of known this before i stayed there!.”
