• The room and location.
• The staff was a little unfriendly.

“This hotel was so nice and elegant! It had a perfect view of the ocean depending on where you were though. We had a view of downtown busman which was okay. The rooms were so clean and the rest of the facilities were too! The hotel was in perfect location right on a beach and near many restaurants and tourists sites. We walked the beach although swimming is not such a good idea. The hotel was so fancy and the pool facilities were very nice also! My bed was so comfy and the sites and stores were right there when we needed them!”

• The customer service was out of this world. Great experience.
• Breakfast Buffet overpriced in my opinion.
