• Good central position, staff helpful, reasonable price, good booking process/check in
• No fridge or ironing facilities in room. Ironing board/iron poor/tatty. TV remote not great working order

“Decent value, could have made more of it's position - simple city centre maps would help. Would recommend under certain circumastances.”

• i like the fact that it was modern inside and that it was within easy access of the city center.
• the pool was a little on the small side which did put us off from using it.

“Overall it was a good hotel.It was in a very goiod location, it was close to a range of resturants and bars as well as the main shops. although it was not that actative from the outside the inside was of a very good standard and the staff where welcoming and happy to help with anything they could.”

• Location was good, staff extremely pleasant
• No heat on September 23rd - radiators not switched on for winter yet - but staff immediately provided heater.

“Hotel is old and I feel, ready for a good update/refurbish. My bensuite bathroom in particular certainly needed a good refurbish . I felt the '98 charge B&B was excessive for the hotel quality and on those grounds I would certainly seek better value for money.”

“On the whole, it was unremarkable. That's a good thing. The wifi access in the lobby was great (except for the smoke!). In fact, I was so engrossed in my work, while using the wifi, that I worked past when the kitchen closed. But then one of the staff walked over to me and pointed out that they have certain items available 24 hours a day. He brought me a chicken pasta dish and a glass of wine which really hit the spot.”
