• Close to all the sites.
• Nothing.

“The staff was extremely helpful and the room was comfortable and within walking distance to all the sites in Bruges. Very nice stay.”

“Very central location all sights within walking distance rooms were very clean and food & service were very good (especially breakfast). Ask for bruge map basic but very useful.”

• Great location. Good hotel.
• Small room. Breakfast at hotel was costly.

“This hotel is in Burg Square which has many attractions itself. We could see the Bell tower in the main square from our windows. The Bell tower square is easy walking distance from the hotel. So great location. Hotel rooms were neat and clean.”

• Found three minis in the refrigerator that had been opened.

• Excellent location right in the middle of Bruges, Clean, Comfortable.
• Shower door leaked.

“Excellent location right in the middle of Bruges. This hotel is central to everything. Clean and comfortable. 2 or 3 English cable channels on TV.”

• Friendly staff. Hotel room was adequate with 2 double beds.
• Showering in the hotel room was not pleasant. There was only 1/3 of a shower door, leaving water on the bathroom floor when showering.

“Good for family stay. Bathroom could be improved with a shower curtain. Location is close to the market square and other attractions. Friendly staff; the price was right for a 3.0 hotel room.”

• Loud unexpected renovations.

“The hotel is in an ideal location in charming bragger. The room (406) was nice, clean and appeared to be freshly renovated. However, unexpected and annoyingly loud renovations started early morning in what appears to be the room directly below ours. To make matters worse, the arrogant receptionists (3 of them!) Were unapologetic and unfriendly.”

• For European hotel, unusually comfortable bed.
• Very small exercise, pool facilities - below average.

• Grand comfort in the heart of the medieval town.
• Absolutely nothing to complain about.

“American-grade 4 star grand comfort, in the heart of medieval Bruges: the better of 2 worlds. Ask the reception for their town map, they have very good strolls marked on it.”

• Cleanliness of room and halls. stained dirty carpeting.

“Excellent location in bragger in a lovely building. The reception area and greeting by the staff was impressive. We were very disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and adjoining halls. They were not well maintained and the carpeting in the room was dirty and heavily stained.”

• Location was the only positive attribute.
• Staff wasn't very friendly, rooms were dirty and out dated.

• Outstanding location and great rooms for the price.
• All the extras were expensive i.e., parking (20 euros a day), breakfast (21 euros a person).

“This hotel could not have been in a better location. Everything worth doing in Bruges was right at your front door. The price of the rooms was way cheaper than you would have expected for a hotel of this quality. The only negative side was the cost of extras. Parking was extra at 20 euros a day, and breakfast was 21 euros per person. But for the room and quality of the hotel and it's location, this is a number one best hotel.”

• Fantastic location and extremely comfortable. I would imagine top 5 luxury hotels in Brugge.

“This hotel is absolutely as good as it gets in regard to location. It is located in the Burg square which is the original settlement of Brugge dating back to the 12th century. Many of the historic sites in Brugge were literally a stones throw away. ”

• Location and size of room.
• The hotel charge for breakfest after leading me to believe that it was included in the price of the room.
