• Friendly, provided shuttle to the airport.
• Location - I thought it was the other Crowne Plaza in Birmingham when I made the reservation.

“Nice hotel. It did not have a sundry shop and there was nothing around the hotel. The food was over priced but that was expected.”

• The staff was wonderful and did everything they could to make the stay comfortable.
• Cannot think of anything.

“The staff was great, the rooms were good size and the food was good. Overall an excellent experience. The shuttle service to the train station and airport was very helpful and the concierge worked very hard to help us get tickets to an event we wanted to attend.”
