• met my expectations, neat and tidy
• the extractor fan in the bathroom was noisy, luckily it only came on when using the bathroom light

• convenient for NEC and off road parking and had restaurant on site meals excellent.
• ran out of t bags first night.

• warm room , ex breakfast , charming breakfast hostess- very polite
• size of the tv was a bit small.

“Would recommend it to others - great to catch the train for a change . Breakfast food was fresh and served promptly
We arrived early and they put the heating on for us ..
Thanks for a welcome stay”
