• Cleanliness, badly needs refurbishment.

“I was surprised this hotel was 5 stars. In my opinion it deserves no more than three stars. Very old furniture, No self control room temperature, I couldn't sleep on the bed pillow it was too tough and high, no response from house keeping for the four nights I stayed , I couldn't walk bare footed on the floor because of dirt again no response from house keeping. You will regret staying at this hotel. As I did.”
