“Feedback on Hilton Hotel Belfast Ireland. I had to pay an additional GBP£35 pp for breakfast without prior knowledge even though the trip was advertised as B&B. 2. Having changed rooms numerous times it became clear that all rooms had broken fixtures and fittings and present a hazard to health and safety (broken tiles, loose carpeting, skirting board coming off the walls, broken furniture). 3. None of the advertised 5* facilities exist (no pool, spa, business facilities, no toiletries or hair dryer in the rooms). It's false advertising but Hilton Group believe it's acceptable as the facilities are available elsewhere in the city outside the hotel 4. My room was not made up for the 3 days of my stay, my papers were not delivered and my breakfast did not arrive for the duration of my stay. The hotel issued a statement stating "-guests should allow that someone other than the room occupants would place a 'do not disturb sign' on the room door both nights of a two night stay and therefore guests should allow that rooms would not be made up for the entire duration of accommodation stay. Guests should also allow that on all days of a 3 day accommodation someone other than the room occupants would remove newspapers from outside the room. 5. We were placed in a suite room with a door adjoining a bachelors' party with numerous guests partying through the night. 6. The car park is an additional GBP £18 per day but on the day of check out if you do not leave by 12 noon you will be charged between GBP £2 and £5 per hour depending on if it's during the week or weekend. 7. The mini bar is automated but we were still overcharged for many items during our stay. 8. The common areas, hotel rooms and hotel linens were shabby and dirty. Recommend the Ramada and Radisson hotels as this hotel is a very negative and frustrating experience.” Sep 29, 2008 by

“Great, modern, clean hotel located in central Belfast. It is only 3 blocks removed from the action - less than ten minutes walk. We wanted a queen bed, as the typical old European hotels only a double or two twins. We went over to check out the Europe but only got as far as the lobby - which was clean and very nice. There is a parking garage next to the hotel. Parking seemed expensive - visitors should check out alternatives including street parking for overnight usage.” Hotel Representatives:
