• the hotel room room was better, roomier than a studio apartment!
• the internet connection was not working properly

• The hotel was clean, the surrounding area was also nice. The room was clean and very neat. The stay and experience was just great.
• I expected what the hotel had to offer and was not disappointed.

• "Kitchenette" in room convenient; ability to purchase foods, etc. nice.
• Found nice, less expensive hotel for part of trip in same area.

• Clean, spacious rooms
• I arrived very late and was looking forward to sleeping in, they scheduled a fire drill at 10am and everyone had to evacuate the hotel.

“It was a very nice hotel, just disappointed with the fire drill at 10am. I had a long drive and arrived very late. I was excited about the non check-out, but because of the mandatory fire drill, I had to be up and ready by 10am.”

• For a one night stay, I would definitely use it again.
• I couldn't regulate the air conditioner fan. With the use of towels, everything was fine.

“I really did not get to appreciate this hotel.We were arriving late that night and gone the next morning.It was perfect for our group. The cost of incidentals was very reasonable should one have a use for them.”

• The full kitchen was a great help and the bathrooms had a nice set up and look.
• The bed was disappointing: when I think business suite I think king size bed and the pillows left more to be desired as well.

“The hotet atmosphere and look was great and the location was perfect for us; I trully appreciate the full kitchens and having a laundry on site for free was a load off of my mind: always fearing the last minute stain or food to clothes catastrophe. I would defiantly stay at this hotel again and know we were damn lucky to get such a great room for such an inexpensive price! The hotel staff could have been more informed and friendly; I myself work in the hospitatly field and felt they just didn't care about the guest as much as I hope my employees do when we have someone check in!”

• I thought this hotel was going to not be too good because of the rating. I was overly impressed!
• I can't think of nothing I did not like!

“The Candlewood was a far nicer hotel then I thought it was going to be! I was extreamly impressed by the claness of the hotel, the size of the rooms and by many of the amenities offered. I had the room for an extreamly good rate, especially for what I got! ”

• it was very hard to find even after I had been there

“The hotel is clean and comfortable and is geared for long term use. Free High Speed Internet is a good bonus. The best thing was the affordable price for which I was able to purchase.”

• the fact that it had a fitness room and all equipment was in working order
• the bed seemed a little small; no continental breakfast; location rather remote

“Very clean and efficient. Mostly quiet. Nothing fancy. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. This hotel would have more appeal if you were staying for several days and wanted to fix your own meals. For an overnight stay it makes more sense to find a place with a continental breakfast. ”

• Too many clocks that shine light and show the time while one is trying to sleep.
