• Badly in need of paint, room worn and tub stopper stuck.

“Location is not bad if you need access to central Tulsa. The exterior is flaking badly and needs paint. The love seat was stained, and the carpet worn. The rest of the room seemed clean though. Unfortunately the tub drain would not stay open unless held, and the tub would fill with water while the shower ran and you had to hold the lever to get it to drain afterward. Check-in was painless and went well, however when I went to get a second key on the next day there was no attendant and we had to go look for someone to check waiting guests in and do my key coding. Just not a place I would recommend for a family, or if traveling with my wife.”

• Extremely noisy upstairs guest. Had to call office to complain.

“I didn't enjoy our first night stay. Someone was having a little girls birthday party upstairs and they literally had the walls vibrating and had to be bouncing off the bed. Second night was lots more restful and peaceful.”

“I see this hotel as having new paint. The grounds are pretty but it needs improvement, Night shift workers unfriendly and lacking people skills! I liked the fact they had security person.”

• It was easy to find. Rooms were the perfect set up for our large group of ladies.
• The facility had a "run down" look about it. Inside and out. With a little attention it would be more appealing!

“Over all the group of ladies I was traveling with was were very happy with our accommodations. They like the room set up and the continental breakfast. We were only there for one night. I felt the facilities had the potential to be very accommodating for business and leisure travelers but it needed some attention (inside and out) to make it more attractive to the eye. It just had a "run down" appearance that didn't settle well with me. I would probably not return but some of the other ladies in our group didn't have any complaints and loved everything about it. Everyone has their own opinions!”

“I got to my room late Sunday night and as soon as I walked in I thought someone was in my shower, it turns out that the hot water could not be shut off, in the AM I took an ice cold shower. Also, I asked for a non-smoking room and got the worst smoke stained room I have ever been in. I changed rooms only to have my keys not work the next day. Never again!”

• Location was convenient, decent price.
• Room was disgusting, bed was itchy, and bathroom was gross, noise issues.

“This place was not what I would take my family to. The bed was itchy and uncomfortable, the room above use you could here the guy go to the restroom in the middle of the night and it was loud, the bathroom wallpaper was half falling off and the ceiling popcorn was brown, the chairs where dirt colored as was the carpet. When we checked in, the clerk acted as though we interrupted whatever she was doing. However, the next clerk we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The price was decent for the area.”

• Spacious, give the home away from home feel.
• I never received any receipt after request.

“The overall stay was wonderful, the only complaint I had about the room itself was it was not easy to carry my baggage up the stairs, also it smelled like peanuts. The room was awesome, very spacious. I would definitely stay there again if I could get a receipt for the last stay.”

• The decor was spic and span and comfortable.
• The evening desk staff was unprofessional, rude, and unknowledgeable.

• The rooms were a great size for the Money!
• The hotel staff was not very friendly or helpful. They also could not answer were the copy of my license and credit card they made went.

“For the money the rooms were very large and fairly clean. The hotel is not in the best part of town but is not horrible. The hotel staff was not helpful and a little rude. They make you sign a no party agreement and give a $500 deposit, as well as make copies of your credit card and ID (and can not tell you how they will be stored and will not give it back to you at check out). One night there was a party outside our room by one of their long term guest.”

• The loft offered separation for snorers. It was absolutely amazing. The kitchen was totally complete.
• Not enough lighting in the living area. Lamp did not work. Not wireless accessible.

“My sister and I went to Tulsa for the first time together. We travel together about every year for a week¿s vacation. The hotel is in the midst of being updated and it will all look tremendous and quaint once it is finished. The new stair railings are very nice. Needs more lighting on the stairs though. We will stay here again for the location and the price.”

• I was not sure the sheets were fresh. The couch had spots on it and one blanket had what appeared to be lipstick stains on it.

“The bed was pretty comfortable. I was a little disappointed with the decor. It was kind of drab looking and the bedding was not too fresh looking. The bathroom did seem clean.”

• The kitchen part of the suite truly was a real kitchen!
• The kitchen didn't have cooking ware other than plates (no pans or pots).

“No strong complaints. There was some noise that sounded like hammering in an adjacent unit during the night almost every night I was there. Didn't last long, but woke me up.”

• Exterior paint peeling, slightly rundown. Needs updating.

“For someone who is not picky this is a pretty decent hotel. The rooms are large with a full kitchen and a good breakfast in the lobby. Although they have internet available it is extra and most rooms do not have high speed connections. The location however is convenient and easy to get to. The exterior needs painting and some of the rooms should be updated. ”

• Maybe time for some paint and wallpaper, other than that great.

• No free Internet Most 2 stars have that now.

“Great hotel for the business traveler or couple. Centrally located, lots of eating choices within 5 minutes. Small feel to it, very apartment like. If you need a kitchen, then this is the place to stay.”

• We really liked the wood burning fireplace in our room.
• I was unhappy with the front desk service at night.

• I like the fact that it was a suite with a full kitchen.
• The bed for a normal suite is only a queen size, its not even possible to get a king size bed.

• It was very nice, beyond what I expected.
• It was so noisy, in the middle of the night it sounded like there was drag racing.

• No heater. No cable TV. No sheets in the room.

“When we checked into the hotel, it was about 10pm or so at night. When we got into our room, there was no functioning heater, no cable TV, no sheets & no pillows in the room. The TV service we could of lived without, but it was bad having no heater considering it was 25 degrees outside. Additionally we need bedding accessories to sleep. In the end they moved us to a new room, and that resolved the issue. The lady who was the front desk manager was especially helpful & courteous, regarding our problems. However my first impression of the hotel wasn't too hot. ”
