• The location is great, the pool is nice, and complimentary Internet.
• Everything was great!

“I love the location of the hotel. There is not too much traffic around the hotel, so I can take my daughter out bicycle riding and roller blading around the area. The room service is great!”

“This hotel is fantastic if you get it for a good rate as I did. The Hilton Garden Inn in Tampa/ East Brandon is about the nicest Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed at. Room was clean, large and had all amenities you would ever need. For a 2 1/2 star hotel, it's an excellent value.”

• There was sometimes cigarette smoke in the stairway.

“We had a great time. We were rollerblading around the parking lot, and swimming in the pool everyday. We didn't have to worry about being around a lot of traffic. The room was clean and we always had fresh towels. The room also had free internet.”

“I think it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everyone was very friendly, service was great, check in and out was a snap, and the food was wonderful, thank you for a wonderful stay, I will definitely stay again!”

• Close to where I needed to be.
• Cigarette smoke on the 6th floor.

“Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Hallway on the 6th floor reeked of cigarette smoke-as did my room. I am a non-smoker I resented my lungs having to filter that stuff out. I was with the dog shows- hotel was non-dog, had to pay a 75.00 non-refundable pet deposit. I had no choice- I was stranded. My dogs reeked of cigarette smoke. I was told $75.00 was to rid the room of dog smell. What a joke!!!!! My champion dogs needed baths after that.6th floor was also a hassle- 2 dogs in the elevator. As well as their folding crates. No other option for a room. Hotel was mostly empty. 12 cars in the parking lot on Friday and sat, nights.”

• Room was not cleaned, no free breakfast.

“Hotel staff did not clean the room, even after Do not disturb sign was taken down. Overpriced breakfast buffet, not typical for a hotel to not have continental breakfast that is complimentary. not a lot of access/service hours for room service. Does not live up to what I would think would be standards of the Hilton name based on all their appearances in the public eye. screwed up on the primary credit card a new card had to be used, there were charges on both cards for incidentals, which caused and issue with one of the cards.”

• Beautiful location, new clean and quiet, convenient, away from the traffic and noise.
• Room service did not refresh the shampoo.

“Very nice, new hotel which is in a wonderful location among large towering oak trees. It was a breeze to travel to watch our son in the S.E. regional youth rowing regatta. The hotel was 5 minutes away! This hotel could easily be ranked as a 3 star but was listed as 2-1/2. The staff was pleasant and the hotel was quiet at night.”

• We stayed at this hotel for a quick overnight stay before going to the destination of downtown (to see ybore city). It was a very nice hotel.
• I wanted to be closer to downtown so we could take a cab. It is only 15 minutes but we wanted to be closer

“Nice facility especially good for business people. It was about 15 minutes to downtown. The area right where the hotel was is nice but the surrounding area is not the greatest. I would recommend this hotel for business people or someone needing a hotel for a night.”

• One bathroom was dirty at arrival and the staff did not clean until the next day!

“Very pretty location with comfortably appointed rooms. Relaxing atmosphere with efficient management. However, housekeeping did not clean the bathroom in one of our rooms. After I informed the front desk, no personnel came to clean until the following day. That is not a Hilton standard from what I know. But, the manager was friendly and gave us free breakfast for our troubles. Good place overall but they should check their housekeeping staff for efficiency.”

“ It was really very nice. The only thing I had a problem was with the service for the room. We left a note with a tip to require on coffee. She took the tip, and the was all. The room was even cleaned up while we were gone.”

“After much difficulty locating this hotel from I-75, it was nice to finally pull in. Beautiful grounds with lovely outdoor pool and hot tub. Our room was quiet though the hotel was filled with hockey players. We asked for a crib but never heard back, and the batteries in the remote were dead. No free breakfast.”

• Its very beautiful, inside and out, upscale, rate a 5 star any day.
• Hard to find, took 3 calls to hotel, but they were very nice.

“Hotel is located in a wooded area surrounded with lots of brick and stone pathways. Large patios around front, sides and back of hotel. Marble floors , fast elevators, great breakfast, clean rooms, reasonably price for the choices and ambience of restaurant. My wife and I enjoyed the hotel very much.”

“Denise (from Brooklyn, according to her tag), was rude every time I came to the desk. She acted like I was really ruining her day when I had questions, or needed change, etc. For such a nice hotel, it is crazy that there is no wireless internet in the rooms! There were about 15 people sitting around in the lobby with their laptops.”

“The JP Morgan campus was a well appointed, cultivated neighborhood, in the midst of an otherwise drab industrial area. The corporate building and Hilton Garden Inn were nice brownstone buildings, and very inviting after a day of sailing. The room was new, clean and well appointed, easy internet access looked as natural as an electric outlet. the air was thermostat controlled. I just wish the housekeeping staff wasn't so diligent.”

• The serenity and the location of the hotel was awesome and the cleanliness and friendliness was way above superior.
• There was nothing I did liked. I hated the fact that I had to leave.

“This was one of the best stays I ever had. The staff was so professional and went out of their way to help make our stay memorable. They accomplished this and I am a very picky person. The chef was the best. He too was so friendly and took time to personally come and check the tables. I want to come back and will recommend this hotel highly.”

“Absolutely no parking available in the front parameters of the hotel. I had to find my own luggage carrier, no Sunday papers available as of 8am. The staff was friendly, but of little assistance. My wife realized she'd lost her purse as we we're packing to leave. The hotel had recovered the purse the night before, but didn't divulge this until I asked if it had been turned in. The service could be more proactive.”

“Very clean room. I always check the cleanliness out thoroughly first and could not find any faults with the initial cleanliness. The room includes a mini-refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is a desk with chair. The room also has a comfortable chair with ottoman. The mattress was a little uncomfortable. The size of the room was ok. The bathroom had good lighting and a nice counter top It was clean. We stayed 2 nights. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. I was not happy about that, but we got back to our room so late, that I did not have time to call and complain. We only ate the breakfast buffet beside the lobby. It was pretty good. The pool was small. I was happy with this hotel stay.”
