• Friendly staff.
• It was old and a bit run down.

“The hotel staff was very friendly, and the continental breakfast was decent each morning. The hotel rooms show their age, and are a bit run down. Our room was very clean, though, and we slept very comfortably each night despite being non-smokers and having to stay in a smoking room.”

• The hotel was in a convenient location and the room was very clean and inviting.
• Pleasant for the reason I was there.

• Hotel staff was friendly and efficient.
• Carpet in our room felt sticky.

“This hotel, due to construction on I-10 was very difficult to get to. Breakfast was minimal and was rightly called continental.”

• I liked that my bed was turned down and my pillows were up. It made the room more inviting.
• It is just an older hotel.

“The hotel is an older hotel and could probably use some renovating, but the service was great. The people were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were very clean and fresh. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. I will actually be back in August.”

• Price.
• In need of some renovation, breakfast leaves lot of room for improvement.

“Adequate but in need of some paint and the breakfast needs upgraded.”

• The location was convenient, my room was well cleaned, the staff was courteous and efficient.
• There is nothing that I did not like, it was very good for the level hotel it was.

“This hotel was clean, well maintained, and had a courteous and efficient staff. I was also pleased with its location. It was excellent.”

• I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to fsu and many restaurants.
• The faucet in the tub leaked badly, and the morning staff was not the friendliest.

“I would recommend this hotel to business travelers that need a cheap, but clean and comfortable place to stay.”

• Very clean, all were better that expected.
• Probably no wireless Internet.

“This was a very positive experience. Nice people, VERY clean and clearly renovated recently. BIG TV set. Fantastic breakfast included in 54$ !! You can even make your own wafers/pancakes I'll go there again.”

• Price is high given the market conditions for similar lodging in the same proximity.
• Not as advertised. Expectation for the rate structure was a more upscale facility.

“The overall lodging facility; lobby, room, pool, is inconsistent with the pricing structure. Most rooms at hotels in the immediate vicinity have a rate structure of between $39 and $50.Therefore, in a price to value scale this hotel would be outside an acceptable margin.”
