• The staff is friendly and extremely helpful.
• Getting a couple of tea bags and some extra sugar was more difficult than it should be.

• The room set up and restaurant with bar.
• Liked everything.

“The appeal of the lobby was upscale with a friendly staff. The room was set up cozy and welcome with comfortable furniture and the most comfortable I ever slept in! Like sleeping on clouds!”

• My family like the two separate rooms and two TVs. We also liked having a door to close between the two rooms.
• My 16 yr old daughter and her friend stayed in the living room. The louvered door provided no sound buffer, and they were loud.

“Overall, this was a good experience. We had room to spread out since we had six people in the suite. However, when you reserve a siute that sleeps six and you tell the front desk at check in that you have six people staying, I think they should make sure you have six towels and washcloths. We had to ask for more each night when we returned. They did deliver them to our room, but we had to ask. Also there was no exhaust fan in the shower room. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.”

• The bird by the front deck.
• I wanted two double beds - got sofa bed as second bed.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. At breakfast, a waitress actually called her mother who advised me on on tourist attractions and gave me directions to the castle.”

• Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
• Too close to highway.

“Liked the hotel and the staff but was very disappointed that my interpretation of booking this hotel. Included the breakfast buffet and upon arrival it was not included. However, the staff was very accommodating and helpful in providing that.”
