• Free hot breakfast included in price.
• Initially placed in a room with broken TV and out of order air conditioner. Hard to believe front desk was not aware of the 2 problems.

• It really was a great place to stay. Love to go back.
• They need better internet capabilities.

“The staff was very accommodating. The food being served was fresh and hot. Rooms were clean on time everyday. but I would liked to see a balcony someday over looking the pool and the windows in the hotel had no screens. Very dangerous for children even adults for that matter. All aside awesome experience, I'd go there in a Heartbeat again.”

• Very nice, upscale hotel excellent for business travelers. Service is great, complimentary breakfast is ok.

• Location was convenient.
• The rooms felt very humid and damp and smelled so. The pool heater was broken. The food was bad.

“This hotel will due in a pinch, but I would not recommend it to anyone. The decor and quality of the rooms was poor. There were paint peeling, discolorations; the magnifying mirror is our room was torn off. It was also disappointing to learn that the pool was freezing since the heater had not been repaired. Lastly, the breakfast was very stale, cold and low quality.”

• Damp floor and should be a nonsmoking room that doesn't smell like smoke.

• It is clean. The location is good too.
• I do not like the strong soup smell in the room.

“It is generally a good hotel with free breakfast. It is clean and well maintained. I would like to stay again. But I do not like the strong soup smell in the room. Maybe the cleaned the carpet recently. Who knows. But I did not request to change room.”

• Super complimentary breakfast. Very nice comfy room with comfortable bed and nice features. Convenient to freeway.
• Noisy air condition. No spa. Broken door to outside exit and that door was broken a year ago!

“This is the third time in just over a year I've stayed here. Rooms are sufficiently large, the bed is just right, adequate closet and drawer space, ok cable TV. Nice pool but no spa. Its on my wish list. Got a good parking spot each time with no valet hassles. And that complimentary breakfast. terrific buffet with both hot and cold items e.g. scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, cereal, and muffins, etc. I could have gotten a 3 or 4 star for nearly the same money, but the uncrowded out of the way off the beaten path comfort always brings me back!”

“For a motel/inn of this level, I was pleasantly surprised by the service and comfort. The complimentary hot breakfast was very nice and hearty. The only drawback to this Inn was the location. It is located in a business park, so during the after hours, the only cars in the parking lots were the hotel guests that made me feel a little worried about crime and safety. Fortunately, nothing happened. Otherwise, the physical location was conveniently located near the highway with little highway noise.”

• Clean, friendly staff and good food. It exceeded my expectations, we loved it!
• I requested late check out which maybe wasnt communicated to the cleaning staff, so they rudely knocked on.

“We loved this hotel. It exceeded our expectations for the rating that it got. It was safely nestled away from the main street and traffic. There is a free continental breakfast that is great. Not just bagels and toast but oatmeal, pancakes, sausage juice, the works! Service was great and late check out was at 2pm and came in handy! I would definitely go back again.”

• I could hear TVs and voices from other rooms and hall in the room.

“The location was convenient to where I needed to go. The lobby and rooms were nice and more upscale than expected. The rooms were comfortable and more spacious than other in this class. I enjoyed the Showtime programming on the TV and the free breakfast buffet. However, I did hear some noise. The rooms should be more soundproof. I heard the TVs in other rooms and plumbing noises whenever anyone in the hotel took a shower. I could also hear voices in the adjoining rooms and showers. But I will stay here again when I am in the area.”

• It was calm, quiet, off the beaten track, yet close to things.
• It was a little hard to find because it is off the beaten track.

“I was very pleased. The free breakfast was excellent, and it was so quiet! Maybe there weren't many guests. I think it was well-insulated against traffic noises. I accidentally dropped my cell phone in the parking lot, and someone turned it in to the front desk. They held it there until I came to ask if it had been turned. Honest guest and staff!”

• Very nice breakfast. They offer hot scramble eggs, Oatmeal's, waffles, etc. Not just cold bagels or donuts like some other hotels.
• No refrigerator or microwave in every room, it's the only downside.

• The directions there were kind of hard to follow since the roads have two names and are hard to see.

• The front lobby-lounge was very pleasurable-morning breakfast was sufficient.
• The room air-conditioner system was inadequate at best.

“The grounds, lobby-lounge and breakfast were probably the best parts of our stay. The room we stayed in was very warm with the air on all day. The room kept getting warmer as the day progressed. My wife has a medical condition which makes her very sensitive to heat and the room wasn't able to be cooled to a level of comfort-we asked to have the unit checked -it was-there was nothing that the staff could do for us-'couldn't fix air-couldn't change our room'-hotel didn't seem to be fully booked. The only room offered was a smoking room-we don't smoke and had 2 young grand children with us. The staff brought us 2 box fans which only seemed to help at night after the room temp went down. It seemed like the staff was not interested in finding a good solution to our problem with their hotel room. We go to that area about 3-4 times a year and will not be staying at that hotel-even if it means staying farther away from our family that lives in the area, we are also reluctant to recommend that hotel to our friends and family. We informed the staff of my wife's medical condition and would have been satisfied with getting a room that stayed cooler even if it only had 1 bed-a roll-away bed could have worked as well. We have stayed in a few 1 star rated hotels and were more satisfied than this last trip.”

• My husband complained that the bed was uncomfortable, also noisy plumbing

“Good value for the price (included full breakfast-even large "To Go" coffee containers). I appreciated the use of the computer as we were in town for the Water Polo National Junior Olympics and I was able to look up results/game locations without having to wait for info from our son--staying elsewhere. The most impressive thing that happened during our stay was when I requested a couple extra pillows at the front desk and they were already on the bed by the time we reached the room!”
