• The location was very good and exercise room was great.
• In order to park on the premises they charged $12.00 and $15 for valet.

“The hotel was in a good location for downtown and the airport. the exercise facilities were well above most hotels. the parking was too expensive to park at the hotel.”

“When I purchased the room for the night I was not made aware that I would be charged an extra fee to park my car in the hotle parking lot. It was $10.00 extra.”

• Excellent air conditioning and in an great location.
• Sleep number beds.

“Very clean, beautiful foyer, big screen TV in elevator waiting area for up-to-the-minute news, fresh fruit at the front desk, nice weight room, cardio room and swimming pool. Good for two people (beds are doubles). Nice to check out at noon.”

• Sleep number bed.
• Unfriendly staff. Slow valet. Expensive parking. Disgusting pool and hot tub.

“The lobby was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. But parking was expensive. The staff was extremely unfriendly and the pool area made me cringe. We didn't even get into the hot tub for fear of a skin disease!”

• There was hair on the bathroom floor and a big carpet stain.

• This hotel was fabulous the sleep number beds were great I slept for almost four hours strait I am 6 months pregnant and have trouble sleeping.
• I loved everything.

“This hotel is conveniently located next to the gateway mall and many other attractions in down town Salt Lake. The rooms were immaculate. They even called up to the room after we were in to insure everything met our expectations. The beds are wonderfully. I would highly suggest this hotel.”

“The location was really great for us, but I am always annoyed when the motel makes you pay to park, so your room is really costing you $10 more. Also, when the motel has a restaurant, they don't offer a continental breakfast.”

• Close to all events and restaurants.
• Pool was cold, and hot tub was dirty.

“Beds were select comfort but one select control didn't work so the bed was hard. The hotel provided free hide abed for a child, and staff was friendly and helpful. Took care of toilet problem quickly. The heated pool was cold and hot tub needed to be drained and cleaned. The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. We would stay again as parking was very good too.”

• They charge you for everything.

“The Radisson Downtown SLC is an average hotel, charging a bit higher then it should considering they charge you for everything. The hotel would make great gains to charge it's hotel guests $10 a day for parking. There is no free breakfast, and the movies were 3-5 dollars higher then hotels in NYC. The staff was polite, but somewhat moronic. The hotel has a nice fitness area, pool and sauna. This feature makes it great for a family, as well as the convenient location.

• The location is ideal. Pool and spa hours exceptional.

“The hotel was nice. I really liked the fact that they kept the pool and spa open until midnight. When I come to the city I am usually spread out and don't have a chance to get back to the hotel until the pool and spa are closed.”

• The bed was comfortable, the location very close to downtown attractions. Room was quiet.
• Room was small, desk chair small and uncomfortable.

“The Radisson was very well located and over all had a nice facility. The room was nice and my kids loved the swimming pool. I only had two minor issues that I was not too happy about. First, the staff was not super friendly. They did their job but showed no evidence of going above and beyond for their guests. Second, I really disliked the sleep number bed in the room. This is the Radissons big marketing tool but I hated it. It felt like I was sleeping on an air mattress. I really was considering buying one of these beds but not after actually sleeping on one. Both my husband and I were very grateful to return to our cheap "taco" mattress at home.”

• The staff was helpful and the location was very good.
• The room had a large stain in the carpet, the bath shower was not well connected, and the restaurant was exceedingly expensive.

“I found that overall the hotel was clean and the staff was helpful but the room was not laid out very well. The hutch holding the TV was too close to the bed and made getting around it a clumsy maneuver. I have had better layout in rooms at 2 star, business motels. Without a complementary airport shuttle, getting to and from the hotel was expensive. And finally, the hotel's restaurant was very expensive with mediocre food. Fortunately better restaurants were a short walk.”

• The location was perfect.
• The bathroom was a bit dirty and the windows in the room are way too tinted.

“I was shocked at how gorgeous the lobby was. Overall, we completely enjoyed our stay. The not so good parts was the charges of the parking and the bathroom wasn't exactly spotless, and the tinted windows in the rooms are convenient if you are vacationing to sleep all day, but I prefer a little sun. Not much to complain about. All in all we loved it.”

• Check in was easy, except that the hotel originally gave us someone elses room. Quite embarrassing to walk into a stranger in their hotel room.
• I found black hairs on the bed. They didnt' belong to me or my fiance.

“Overall, the hotel experience was pleasant. The clerk gave us a parking pass to get into and out of the parking below the hotel, which was very convenient. However, no one told us it was with a 10.00 fee, until check out.”

• The room was nice though small. the pool and exercise facility was nice and clean.
• The beds. It was my first experience with the sleep # bed. If you did not have the bed filled completely it felt like sleeping in a box.

“The overall experience was fair. The hotel restaurant was horrible. I myself work in the restaurant field and was disappointed. The chairs were flimsy and uncomfortable, the benches are worn and peeling. The food quality was fair and the service okay. I do not feel I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• No way to keep kids from opening door. Child smashed fingers in door while there.

“Was a nice, comfortable hotel. My only problem was that the doors can open from the inside by anyone. Even if the extra lock at the top is locked, it can be open a little ways. We had a two-year old smash his fingers in the door by opening it. I would like the doors to be more child proof.”

“We were told we could get king beds [there was 2 to a room] when we got there the clerk said there were no kings. They gave us one king [it was a handicapped room]. The other couple had to sleep in separate beds.”

• Location was ideal for our needs. The hotel was clean and updated.
• Sleep numbers are hard to find in one night. I think this would be a bonus for someone who knows their sleep number.

“We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, and for the most part, quiet. We did have a disturbance outside our door in the very early morning hours. The doors are definatly not sound proof. Overall it was a positive experience with nice facilities and we came back the next weekend.”

• Location was clean, very accommodating to our needs. We loved it. Would go again anytime.
• We found socks, underwear and other things under the bed that werent ours.

“The Radisson was actually beyond our expectation for a 3 star. The Location was perfect! We could walk to most of the reason we went there. Only draw back was the ten dollar a night parking fee. Rooms were nice. Could have had a bigger vanity area. But over all we loved it! Would stay anytime. They were very accommodating to our needs. They even brought up a crib and extra pillows and blankets for her! Nice and friendly!”
