• Easily accessible from the freeway, clean, corporate location, and located right next to a popular restaurant (Chili's) for further convenience.

“The hotel staff was friendly while the premises were well groomed and clean. The rooms were fairly large and had a well laid-out desk area for work or reading. The hot water in the shower came on fast. A framed picture in the center elevator was hanging loosely and upside down due to a broken nail, but it appeared to have been fixed by the next morning. Nevertheless, a solid 3-star hotel.”

• They let room service go since it was slow and we couldn't order dinner.

“Other than not being able to order room service and having to leave to get dinner, everything else was great. Would stay there again.”

• The staff was pleasant & helpful. The lobby was beautiful.
• The carpet in our room was gross. The showerhead had a leaking crack.

“This hotel was impressive in the main areas as I would expect for a three star. I was not as impressed with the rooms appearance. The room was roomy and comfortable with conveniences for the business traveler; nice office chair at table, dinning chair and also a comfortable sitting chair. It was hard to look past the yucky carpet with discolorations.”

• It was very nice and clean. The people were very friendly and helpful.
• We had to use the luggage cart ourselves to take our things up and down.

“The staff was great. There was a problem with the first room I was in. The heater was broken and they moved me quickly and efficiently and with no attitude which I thought was great.”

• The front desk employee was only good thing about this hotel.
• This hotel was worst I have ever stayed in - no shower head, no iron, maid missed cleaning my room one day - and the GM could have cared less.

• The room had a strange smell. Possibly because it was raining!

• We have never heard of the Animal Kingdom Lodge.
• The microwaves on the floors were filthy.

“Our hotel, Prime Hotel, changed hands so doesn''t have a business office any more so we could not check our email there. It was a major bummer for us.”

“Overall, a very nice hotel, especially in light of the low price I paid, which I figured to be about 45% of normal rate. Appears to be well run hotel with spacious suite and excellent food service.”

“Just had a few minor problems like the toilet does not flush and the counter sink and tub does not drain. They should make sure that before someone checks in that everything should be in order, but the maintenance took care of it right away.”

“I had stayed at this hotel before prior to it changing to Prime Hotel in May of this year. The hotel is nice and clean. We checked in late due to being out during the day but I called in the morning to inform the front desk and confirm. Upon arriving, there was a challenge getting one of our rooms as they were supposedly full and didn't have our request. Eventually, we got to our room. The room was fine. We went to the breakfast buffet as we had done last year. The food this time was only average and we had to wait for them to find the chef to cook the omelettes and waffles.”

“I was upgraded from a 2.5 star bid to a 3 star, at a remarkable price of $50. I had never stayed in a Prime Hotel before, but I would recommend it most highly. Particularly helpful was the free wireless internet access, which is becoming essential to business travel.”

“Our stay at Prime was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The bed was so comfortable and the way it was turned down was so inviting. The refreshments we asked for were waiting in the room upon our arrival! Can't wait to go somewhere again so we can stay at a Prime Hotel.”

“Clean and neat place. Food is on the pricey side at the restaurant--$15 to $20 for a dinner entree on average. Free wireless Net access in all rooms, though reception is poor in some rooms.”

“My friend and I spent 4 days here. The service was very good. The staff were helpful. The rooms were clean and the linens on the bed were changed daily. It was close to areas we wanted to visit. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only thing missing was a pool. I would go back there again .”

“Room TV could not access room account on a daily basis. Local phone charges of $.75 plus tax is excessive. Restaurant was not open for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings. If given the opportunity to stay there again, would I? Yes, but I wont use their phone for local calls. Better to use my out of area cell phone. Dial up internet access was bad. Staff was great at desk and lounge.”

“Everything was beyond what I expected. The staff was not very nice at all. We stayed for two nights and each day at the front desk were young people who sat there and talked to each other and if you asked a question they felt bothered by you. They were very rude. But the hotel and the rooms were beautiful I was expecting a really run down hotel for the price I paid but this was a four star hotel with a limo and all.”

“Everything good,except that they run out of crib(Ihave 13 mth baby) on the first day, which is they give us complimentary breakfast for that, and did they need to clean the pool on saturday morning and closed the pool since the day before?”

“My two night stay at Prime Hotels and Resorts on Lusk Road in San Diego was excellent. The suite rooms were absolutely excellent and the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was one of the best price bargains that I have ever experienced. I also had the breakfast buffet one morning and it was also excellent. I am a very pleased customer.”
