• Close to the casino.
• Wouldn't let my wife go outside hotel at night by herself.

“All in all had a good night. Employees at hotel very professional and courteous.”

• The location.
• Mode in bathroom, and windows really thin, you could hear everything.

“For the price, I would not stay again.”

• The suite was huge and the staff very nice.
• The parking lot. There was a huge bump to get in and out.

• Cleanliness of the room and the indoor pool.
• The window curtain did not seal off the building lights from shining in.

“With Denny's, bass pro and other attractions next door we did not have to drive once we arrived.”

• Location, for most part staff friendly, manger especially.
• Called about last minute pet inclusion, told $10 deposit turned into a charge, small room size.

“Upon check in, was a pleasant experience, manager was very friendly as was most of staff. One woman was sullen and did not smile the entire check in process; she stood out among other smiling faces very noticeable. I was told (called days ahead of time) that there would be a $10 deposit for late addition pet inclusion. The pet was a 5 # Boston terrier that remained in kennel except for time my partner carried her downstairs. This should be identified as a cleanup charge not a deposit. I did not mind paying for pet, but misleading for people as deposit told over phone. Room was clean but small for executive room, overall 5 out of 10 rating. Probably will not stay there again.”

• Location and complementary breakfast.
• Bathroom counters space too small.

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for reaching 2 casinos and traveling between both.”

• Comfortable beds. Very Clean.
• Ice maker on our floor didn't work so we had to go 2 floors up. Also had a problem with other guest running up and down the hall.

“This hotel overall was great. Their continental breakfast area seemed really small for the size of the hotel. Also the food that was there looked a little old. The only other problem we had was all the teenagers that were running up and down the hall at all hours of the night.”

• The service was great.
• I had to park over at bass pro shop, main entrance was hard to find.

“Location was great for access to highway and attractions. After unloading I ended up parking at bass pro shop. Breakfast buffet was good. The service was great.”

• It was close to the interstate and other stores.
• Shortage of linens- no washcloths in room? Unusual.

“It seemed nice but I was not there for long? Housekeeping is poor if washcloths are not available for every room. Never went through that before.”

• Clean, up to date and attractive.
• The pool and work out room needed some work. The pool was a mess!

“We were very thankful to have moved from across the street at the quality inn to this location! This was a more modern and clean facility.”

• Centrally located for shopping, shuttle to casino, easy to get to.
• Lower level rooms are noisy due to traffic on off ramp.

“This is an older hotel, not quaint, but clean rooms and an accommodating staff. the breakfast is good, and the location though somewhat noisy, is good and easy to get to. the wireless internet and room desk are good for business travelers. overall we thought it deserved another star.”
