• The hotel staff was very friendly and very accomodating.
• The sleep number bed. I could not find the correct sleep number.

“Easily accessible from the freeways. Not far from the airport. Bartender and dining areas were very nice. Food was good. Need transportation to get to restaurants and shopping.”

• The sleep number beds - we've wanted to try one to possibly purchase.
• The hot tub didn't have enough jets - a bit of a bore.

“The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The sleep bed was really great to try and the pillows were also very comfortable. This was a great location close to the airport.”

• Only 2 towels in the room, would love to have seen 4 on the shelf.

“Our stay for the price was fantastic! I love the value on Priceline. The hotel was easy to find with our rental car, plenty of well-lit parking, the fastest check-in I have ever experienced, and a beautiful room. The sleep number bed was fun to try out.”

• Superb location to either Chase Field/Scottsdale.
• No paper delivery to room.

“Excellent location to airport, Chase Ball park and the Scottsdale restaurants and shops. Also close to Biltmore district. Shuttle to airport but I drove to this hotel. Would like to have had a little more comfortable area for smoking.”

• Pleasant place to stay, no noisy neighbors, very nice, comfortable.
• Not much night life in walking distance.

• Location, well constructed, clean, newly appointed, friendly staff.

“Located less than 5 minutes to PHX airport, with a very responsive staff, good airport shuttle leaving as early as 5:00AM. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Newly appointed rooms with rich woods, a large desk/counter area holding a flat panel TV, well designed baths, internet access, and Select Comfort™ beds under excellent comforter and pillows.”

• The only thing which is NICE here is the SMALL POOL.
• I will not recommend this hotel, the service, room are bas. My room was not cleaned, bad staff.

• This hotel is very comfortable in all respects, but the beds and pillows deserve special mention as being better than most 3 star hotels.

“We have stayed here before and were delighted to have them accept our offer again. One couldn't ask for a better stay except at a very fancy resort hotel and in some ways, this hotel is even better. For example, in most very vancy hotels one must use room service or go downstairs to get coffee, which is a nuissance and expensive.”

• All metal chairs at pool. In Phoenix, AZ in the summer. 114 degrees!

• The manager personally helped us find the location and get settled in when we were lost.
• Our room key kept getting de-programmed.

“The general manager, was very approachable, very helpful and provided amazing customer service. He did a fantastic job of making us comfortable upon our arrival after being lost in the city for 2 hours & arriving hot, tired and frustrated. He definitely smoothed the transition. Some of the front desk staff, however, went the opposite direction and treated us like second class citizens.”

• Across the board, weight room / restaurant, needs to have all day coffee and breakfast room service.
• Not too many things bad.

• Loved the sleep number beds, it was practically like home.
• Bugs landed in the pool, although it was cleaned regularly, and I'm not sure what else they could do. I do not like pesticides but maybe some other way.

• Close to airport with shuttle service.
• Shuttle service ends at midnight. We arrived late and had to take a cab.

“The hotel is convenient to the airport. It is clean and the service has always been good. We feel though that the hotel is more of a 2.5 star rather than a 3. Three stars is as high as it gets for a Phoenix airport hotel, but based on other 3 stars that we have stayed at around the airport, the 44th st. Radisson is not quite as new or nice; i.e. the other Radisson, the Hilton, etc.”

• The lunch menu was not to my liking.

“This Radisson location is consistent with other properties operated by this chain. You can expect clean, comfortable guestrooms, with plush beds and linens. It is a great location from which to get into Phoenix, Scottsdale, Arizona highways, and back to the airport.”

• Convenient location for travel in and around Phoenix.
• Carpets were very loud and tacky, walls not very sound proof.

“Very handy location for us as we went all over Phoenix, being close to the 202 loop was useful. Staff were very professional, lobby and bar area very clean. The beds were excellent, but the carpets were like something out of Las Vegas, loud and tacky! For the price it was certainly worth it and I would stay there again.”

• The A/C is very loud and woke us up several times.

“The only thing I did not like was the A/C unit in the room. When it came on, which happened about every 20 min, it was very loud and work us up on several occasions. It would have been nice if you could adjust the speed of the fan, it was always on high when it came on.”

• The room was laid out nicely.
• The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the worst I have slept on.

“The hotel was in the middle renovations with many areas not visually appealing. It is conveniently located, but because of heavy road construction, it was not easily accessible. I do not recommend the sleep number beds. Again, this was one of the worst night's rest I've had. I spent an hour trying to get comfortable and never succeeded.”

• The lady that run the bar area was really helpful and friendly. She served us food the way we wanted it in a timely and friendly manner.
• There was no bottled water in my room and the vending machine on my floor was out of order and kept my money.

“My room was neat and clean. My bed was well made and comfortable. The temperature in the room was maintained at 74, very comfortable. I had everything that I needed except drinking water. The food in the restaurant was tasty and attractively presented. The air conditioner was very noisy. If there was any other noise happening in the hotel, it was masked by the air conditioner. This hotel was in remodel mode. This made the place dusty and unattractive in some areas. The majority of front desk personnel were indifferent to the quality of service rendered.”

• Easy to find, plenty of free parking, food was good.

“The hotel was undergoing massive renovations. On check-in we were given a room that was not ready for guests due to construction. Our second room had a blade from a utility knife on the bathroom counter. I turned it into the desk staff. There were nails and screws on the floors of the halls and ice machine nooks where anyone could have stepped on them. I picked up what I saw and called the desk staff to let them know about it. It took over an hour for someone to answer the room service phone on our last morning due to a large group in the dinning room.”

• I was very happy with the comfort of the bed and also the look. All the white linens where beautiful.
• My only complaint was oatmeal, toast, coffee and juice was too much money. As usual, hotel food prices.

“Everyone was friendly and I had the most beautiful view looking north. After a long day working it was wonderful coming back and relaxing in the room with a view of a lot of sky and the mountains. I enjoyed that!”
