“I think the Ayres Inn is a great hotel for your money. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families traveling to Disneyland. Hotel does not have fancy restaurant dining or expensive fitness center. However, it meets all our need for our trip to Disneyland.” Sep 1, 2008 by
Christine “The staff was friendly, and the room was nice and clean. The landscaping was attractive.” Aug 1, 2008 by
Cindy from Santa Maria, CA
“The only bad experience was that late at night another guest tried to get in our room because the hotel staff had given him our room. He went back to get a staff member and they, to their surprise, found our family in the room and were quite apologetic. I would have been very upset had I been traveling solo.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Marc from Mount Royal, QC CA
“The hotel is really very good. Breakfast is amazing! We love AYRES so much that this is the only hotel chain we go back to each year.” Apr 9, 2008 by
Perry from Roswell, NM
“We tried to get a bigger room, but they didn't have one available. We had 5 people in a King room with a pull out couch, even with the small space the stay was enjoyable. Overall good stay.” Feb 19, 2008 by
Renee from Blythe, CA
“The hotel was quite nice with an inviting lobby. I didnt' get to eat in the restaurant but it looked like a nice place. The rooms were a bit small including the bathroom, but they were furnished nicely. Located on a busy road right next to a mall. Lots of places to eat and visit.” Jan 4, 2008 by
Kelly from Lafayette, IN
“This hotel features a hot complementary breakfast daily and transportation to local attractions with mandatory reservation of the transportation at the front desk. Clean and quiet it is close to many Anaheim attractions, but far from the hustle and bustle of Disneyland (2 miles).” Jul 30, 2007 by
Chris from San Rafael, CA
“I recommend this hotel for any age for family. The rooms were very welcoming and the service was good, they had a shuttle to Disney or to greyhound if you needed to get to Universal. The pool was clean. Wonderful.” Jun 28, 2007 by
Janine from Merrill, OR
“I was very satisfied with this hotel. It is clean, comfortable, staffed by friendly helpful people and they served a better than average complimentary breakfast. The fitness room was adequate but small and without weights. The hotel could use a little updating as it looked a little worn. For the price it was a good value.” Apr 2, 2007 by
Bob from Harrisburg, OR
“We loved our stay at this hotel. It was worth every penny and it was a great start to our vacation. The staff was very professional and friendly. We especially appreciated Pam who assisted us at check in. She went above and beyond her duty. We truly loved our stay and will be back.” Mar 21, 2007 by
Allison from Culver City, CA

“It was great, I will stay there again.” Feb 25, 2006 by
Paul from San Mateo, CA
“The room was not what we booked when we first got there; the staff quickly changed our room to what we booked even though the hotel was pretty full. The breakfast was great! Too bad we didn't know the hours for breakfast changed on Monday, our last day as we missed having it.” Jan 3, 2006 by
Stacy from Oceanside, CA
“Overall the hotel, although not close the Disney was a choice we did not regret. It was quiet, and the morning breakfast offered a lot of different choices beyond the usual fruit and cereal. We enjoyed the night we stayed there and would do so again.” Jan 3, 2006 by
Kelly from Valencia, CA
“Good experience, good location, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was ok for free, would have been upset if I had paid for it. Overall I would stay there again for a good deal. If paying a little more I would choose somewhere else.” Nov 30, 2005 by
John from Las Vegas, NV
“Last minute it was a great find. It was easier to access than some bigger name hotels closer to Disneyland.” Nov 15, 2005 by

“The hotel accomodations were very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful-they are a great asset to travelers unfamiliar to the area. The lounge is cozy and inviting, the room decor was very nice. I was very pleased with these accomodations.” Aug 3, 2005 by
Kate from Davis, CA

“We stayed here. I made a reservation for 3 but they said they were only given one for 2. They were not able to put me in a different room. I ended up having to sleep on the floor. We were then charged for the extra person. I was NOT informed when I checked in that there would be an extra charge. I was informed, when I check out, that they accommodated us and the charge is because of the extra person and that person ate the "included" breakfast. They extra person was a child. They charged me for the privilege of sleeping on the floor. They have breakfast "included" but that is why we got charged. We did not even eat one day because the food was so awful. The staff there is very unfriendly. They had the attitude that they could not care less. I would NOT recommend this chain to anyone, unless you like to be treated like trash!” May 18, 2005 by
Cathy from Las Vegas, NV
“This was the most unfriendly and unaccommodating hotel I have ever stayed at. I made a res. for 3 people. They said I made it only for 2. They could not give me a room for 3, wanted to charge me for another room and then have 2 children sleep in that room by themselves! I ended up sleeping on the floor. When I checked out, I found out that I got charged for the extra person. They charged me to sleep on the floor and they DID NOT even have the courtesy to tell me when I checked in that there would be an extra charge. The "manager" on duty, Maria, ARGUED with me that they accommodated me and because the extra person ate, we got charged. We did not even eat one day because the food was aweful. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. ” May 6, 2005 by
Tami from Henderson, NV
“The hotel has beautiful decor. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff were friendly. The free fresh fruit at the front desk was nice.” Apr 27, 2005 by
Joe from Castro Valley, CA
“I was disappointed that the hotel was in Orange, not Anaheim like I had requested. When I checked out the hotel's website, it look very elegant, but when we checked in, it was a very average hotel. The shuttle service to Disneyland was very inconvenient, and our room was next to an outside door that slammed very loudly and woke us up. The redeeming factor of this hotel was their free breakfast.” Apr 20, 2005 by
James from Sacramento, CA
“The location is ideal for Disneyland and shopping. The price is reasonable.” Apr 20, 2005 by
Barbara A. from Roseville, CA
“Pleasant Hotel, Shuttle service in Am TO Disneyland But no service afternoon, service again at 5pm Shuttle usually crowded. Breakfast could use some variety and less over ripe bananas. Over all good experience.” Apr 19, 2005 by
Emily G. from San Jose, CA
“Definitely meets the 2.5 star rating. Considerably clean appearance. Had many entrances from the parking lot making access to car easy. Close to The Block". Very impressed by the breakfast in the mornings. That made the entire stay worth it."” Mar 9, 2005 by
William from Glendale, AZ
“The hotel was pretty and the personnel was friendly Feb 24, 2005 by

“The location of the Ayres Inn Orange is not really that close to Disneyland, but there is a free shuttle and a great mall right across the street. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the front desk staff and shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful.”
