• Cheap, clean rooms, free weekly dinners.
• Location is just weird, internet connection is junk.

“For the most part this hotel is pretty decent for the money you pay. The pictures of the room online are taken at some odd angle which causes the rooms to look bigger than they actually are but its big enough for my needs. They have hotel provided dinner every Wednesday (burgers/hot dogs/pizza/etc). The one downside to this hotel is the internet connection is complete trash. If you are like me and do a lot of work online i.e. connecting back to your office 800 miles away then you might as well just give up. I got a better connection to my home office in Ohio from a small Greek isle in the med than I can from this place. Luckily there is panera bread not too far away that you can use.”

• The bed was fairly comfortable.
• The hotel smelled bad and was dirty and service was not friendly.

“Our stay at this hotel was poor at best. We arrived and were given a non-smoking room that smelled like it was smoked in for 10 years. My wife is pregnant and the smell made her sick, so I went immediately to the front desk and requested a different room. The man complied, but was not very friendly about it. The new room was better, but it still had a funny smell about it that stayed in our clothes after we left. The floor in the hallways and stairways looked like it had not been vacuumed in a month or more. The location of the place was not very good and we would not have felt safe walking around near the hotel.”

• I like the fully equipped kitchen; also that it had movies to watch.
• The cleanliness of the room was very poor. There was hair on the bed and in several different places in the bathroom, also there wasn't a pool.

• The location was hard to find. We're from out of town and had to find our way through maze to get there.

• did not offer rooms with 2 beds, only a rollaway.

• The rest room door is opened widely to the bed.

• Fully equipped kitchenette, very comfortable bed (pillow top) with quality bedding and pillow.
• Location is out of the way. They only have 1 bed rooms, no doubles.

“Having the kitchen is very handy. Size of room is comfortable. There's only 1 queen bed, so had to pay 10 extra for rollaway (there was 3 of us). The pantry is handy but expensive. The beds and pillows are great quality, so get a good nights' sleep. Location is a bit hard to find, especially if you are not from the area.”

• The large closet was great.
• The room was a bit smaller than expected.

“We enjoyed our stay. There was no restaurant, but the "Cupboard" provided quite an adequate supply of food until we had the time to go out for a meal at a near-by restaurant. They also had video rentals available. I would stay there again.”

• Close to Omaha shopping but quiet.
• No maid service.

“This hotel does not provide maid service and if you want clean towels or linens you have to take your dirty linen to the front desk and exchange them yourself and make you own bed. I think that should be something they advertise up front.”

• Staff was helpful, room was very clean and comfortable.
• Had to call front desk about curtains. Pillows are uncomfortable. Air conditioner is very noisy and kicks on and off every 10 minutes.

“The facility is clean and well kept. Location is a little hard to find, I have no idea why they built the hotel in the middle of an office park! The staff person went out of his way to help. I spent a sleepless night (because of too much light from the window) not knowing there was a curtain and not knowing how to turn the air conditioner off.”

• No continental breakfast. Hard to locate. Low visibility.

“The suite had plenty of room for two and a roll-away for our daughter. There was a small convenience store and laundry room, which was very handy. We especially appreciate the mini kitchen and full size fridge, so we can cook and eat in room.”

• It had a kitchen.
• Hard location, no swimming pool, no continental breakfast.

“The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. It was very difficult to find. This hotel is more for the business traveler than it is for families. None of the rooms have two beds. I enjoy having a continental breakfast when traveling with my six children. It really saves us a lot of money. This facility does not provide that type of service.”

“Stayed there for the college world series. Very nice for a week's stay. Had a kitchenette with stove top and microwave. Had pots, pans and everything to cook there with. Very quiet location. Once construction is over will be easier to find. There are a lot of attractions. shopping nearby. Would recommend to friends.”

• Allergic to feather pillows and seemed like that was what was on the bed.

“Designed for long-term stays, the hotel meets the needs of both short and long term visitors. The beds were a bit small for two people, particularly one who is fairly tall, but the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and for the less than hours we were in the hotel, we were more than satisfied.”

• When I was surprised - only 1 bed in the room - the receptionist was quick to offer a roll away & immediately delivered!
• Only 1 bed per room/mom & son traveling, needed 2.

“Courteous staff, free laundry (didn't use), central location for our need, clean, comfortable bed and pillows - you'd be surprised how a substandard pillow can rob you of sleep!”

“This hotel is outstanding for a couple to stay at, however I wouldn't recommended it for more than one adult who are unrelated. The service is unbelievable and the grounds are very clean---having two double beds would have been great.”

• My room had a kitchen and a store.
• The pillow covers looked as if they had not been changed and there needed to be extra blankets.

“Overall, we were impressed and enjoyed our stay. The kids really enjoyed the fact of the store on site and that they could go to the front lobby and get a movie to watch in our room for free. The staff were especially helpful and courteous also. Only qualm is it's location in conjunction to where we wanted to visit there in Omaha. The Henry Doorly Zoo. Thanks for everything. ”

• It had everything we could have needed in the room (loved that kitchen), spacious, brightly lighted, clean, and quiet, very pleasing!
• The continental breakfasts are nice to have coffee, juice, a muffin, and banana, the cupboard was a bit expensive.

“This hotel seemed homey, met our every need, including a pleasant visit in our room with another couple for several hours, and was just a pleasant experience over all.”

• The free videos, full kitchen, food onsite were handy features.
• I was disappointed that you had to have your own dial -up info to use their internet connection.
