“This hotel is nothing short of what you would expect from a Hilton. Excellent Downtown location with great dining facilities (although I didnt eat there they were visually appealing). Very comfortable beds and everything you could need otherwise on an out of town stay.”

- The lobby was beautiful and the room they gave us was extremely nice.
- It seemed like everything had a price tag on it.
“Situated right next door to the Qwest Center, the blue neon of the Qwest sign was a good landmark for finding the place, but the drapes had to be shut at night to keep out the glare. The room was excellent, very clean and upscale. I am not sure how much the valet service cost. A long three blocks from the Old Market area, but there is a free shuttle service from the hotel. I probably would not stay here again just because of the garage situation, and there are three or four other hotels within the Old Market area itself.”

- Room service pizza was burned.
“My husband and I were in Omaha for a wedding and had the good fortune of staying at this hotel. We enjoyed the modern/tasteful esthetics, comfortable beds and workout/pool area. I would definitely stay there again, next time I am in Omaha.”

- Exactly what I expect of a Hilton property!
- Workout room was somewhat stuffy, need fans on treadmills or on workout floor.
“The property met all of my expectations. I was especially pleased after having a disappointing stay at a Doubletree two nights prior that was supposed to be of the same caliber. Bar service was excellent. Self parking was a breeze. If ever on business again in Omaha this will be my first choice in property selection.”

- We liked the hotel because it was just across the street from our concert and we could walk to the Old Market to shop/eat.
- Restaurant very expensive so we did eat there.

- It was close to worlds of fun.
- Worn down appearance.
“The front desk had bulletproof glass around it, immediately making me feel like was on a bad part of town. The entire building appeared worn down, and was not kept up very well. Carpets were worn and stretched out. The internet access required a box, which was extremely slow, and I had to stretch behind the TV chest in order to plug it in.”

“I expected more upscale accommodations for the Hilton. I had my expectations set too high. I've stayed in similar rooms at the Holiday Inn and similar hotels. The hotel was clean and we did not have any problems while we were there. I would stay there again for the location, but not because of the accommodations.”

- Convenient location. They had a shuttle service to take us to area attractions. It was out anniversary & hotel sent up bottle of wine.
- Hotel restaurant pricey, no food nearby would have not been feasible for a family. $9.00 per day parking, no free parking nearby.

- Connected to Qwest Center, very nice room, friendly staff & easy check in/out.
- Starbucks closed too early.
“I was very pleased with the hotel. The parking was very easy and free with validation. The hotel was very nice. The lobby is very modern. The restaurant was good, though the menu limited on that night. Nice bar. The staff was very friendly and it took about 2 min. to check in and less than that to check out. The room was beautiful and quiet. Everything was very clean. I liked the walkway to the Qwest Center as it was a little chilly that night. The only thing I would say is that the sheets weren't as soft as I prefer, but it wouldn't stop me from going back.”

- Beautiful to look at, both spaces and art clean, conveniently located for the conference we attended.
- Did not give us a smoking room as we called and requested, and not even continental breakfast.

- We had to take a disabled bathroom no other rooms available and they did not tell us. Food in restaurant was not very good ate breakfast.

- The space under the door let in loud noises from the hall. People talking as late as 2am sounded like they were in our room.

- Obviously, the bed was COMFY! I enjoyed the atmosphere and quality.
- No breakfast and the coffee bar was expensive and not good. Parking was not connected to hotel.
“This hotel was lovely to stay in. The quality was in the details. Lovely artwork, nice furniture, little extras like a headboard and real shower curtain. These things made it feel like luxury. I did not appreciate that there is no covered passageway from the parking to the hotel. On a cold, rainy day, that was MOST unpleasant. The coffee bar left a bit to be desired. Drive over to the 13th Street Coffee bar for cheaper and better quality.”

“The room had recently had someone in it. The ironing board was set up with iron on it, plugged in. The mouthwash in the bathroom had been used. A wet washcloth was on the bathroom counter. A half full glass of water was on the bureau together with a bucket of ice half melted.”

“Overall, we had a great experience in this lovely hotel. The complaints are minor (more like suggestions for improvement). The cafe staff was rude (which may not be associated with the hotel), and the parking garage fees/accessibility were not clearly explained, but was easy to figure out. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this hotel to any business traveler, or someone who is doing any activities in Downtown Omaha.”

- The beds were very comfortable.
- Paying to park.

- Convenient to the Qwest Center.
- They would not allow an early check in even as a Hilton Honor Member. We were stuck in the elevator.
“I have stayed at this hotel several times and I always love it. I was disappointed that we could not get in early check in. We were stuck in the elevator as it dropped and locked us in for quite a while. It is so convenient to the Qwest center during concerts.”

- Very clean and well-appointed rooms. Lobby, bar, and restaurant very nice!
- Charge $10 for internet connection. This should be complimentary!
“Overall a very nice hotel for the price paid. I was disappointed to find out that they charge $10 for internet access. This is unheard of in this day. Still, a nice, comfortable hotel and gets a 3-star from me.”

“This hotel was perfect for us. The service was wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and I loved the in and out privileges with their parking garage for only $9 a night.”
