• Great staff!!! Very accommodating for business travel.
• Restaurant was okay.

“The staff was one of the best I've seen.. not just with me but every guest from what I experienced. They are all about the customer for sure. Clean, accommodating, nicely decorated and interesting with the presidential theme.”

• The staff was professional, eager to please and friendly. The presidential decor in the lobby was equivalent to a museum.
• Though it's a downtown location, it's on other side of interstate. Prompt shuttle service is available. Closer to the capitol.

“Give time to enjoy the artwork and memorabilia of the presidents located in the lobby and through the lobby hallways. The owner seems to truly care about this hotel. The rooms are clean with upgraded bedding. The staff is great.”

• Free shuttle service within downtown - did not have to rent car.
• I had no negative experience. Everything was better than expected.

“The Holiday Inn Presidential is an excellent choice in Downtown Little Rock. From the complimentary airport pickup, most friendly front desk staff, I seen in a long while, nice room accommodations, excellent service in restaurant/lounge, to the drop off and pickup at my job location in Downtown Little Rock, and finally returning me to the airport. All the staff I encountered ask if I was enjoying my stay or if they could make it better for me. I was even served a coke with lemon slice, complimentary, from the owner of the Holiday Inn Presidential just by sitting in the lobby working on my laptop! They definitely understand Customer Service.”

• It was well decorated and clean.
• The amenities were moderate to low quality.

“The Holiday Inn Presidential was comfortable and well decorated although not plush. The sign in the restroom listing cost for stolen irons,hair dryers, towels etc. made me question the clientèle. The shampoo provided was thin and runny,and there weren't trash bags in the wastebaskets. Overall I felt like they were skimping.”

“Hotel is fine enough for a 2.5 star. Staff were friendly. The room was clean. Carpets need to be replaced. The tub in our bath was cracked, but repaired.”

• Nice bar area.
• On interstate & have to take a taxi to downtown. Approached in the parking lot upon leaving by male walk.

• The staff was friendly and accomodating.

“The Holiday Inn Presidential was a wonderful place to stay. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The restaurant was more than adequate, and the memorabilia of recent presidents was fascinating. Highly recommended”

• The staff was friendly and the accommodations were neat and clean. The location was very convenient to the interstate which made travel easy.
• I would request a room not on the side of the interstate next time (the traffic kept me awake most of the night).

“The hotel was neat and clean. The room was in good order. I did not eat at the hotel, so I am unable to rate the food or restaurant. The desk staff were friendly on check-in and out. The location of the hotel made travel in the city easy.”

• It was very clean and nice.
• The rooms could have used a refrigerator and microwave.

• Friendly staff, soft pillows, comfortable bed.
• Nothing.

“What a great stay we had. I was traveling with my family of 6 and they were quick to make sure we had connecting rooms, and a roll away for my oldest son. The rooms were large enough to hold us, our luggage and kids. The staff was friendly, cooperative and quick to respond to our needs. The restaurant was great - buffet lunch each day that filled up the kids. I felt safe going in and out of the hotel and was offered shuttle service for me and the kids, while my husband had the car working in Little Rock. We were delighted with the staff, the pool and the location. I am glad we stayed here and we will stay again next time we are in Little Rock.”
