  • Friendly staff, very neat and clean room.
  • Didn't get to eat at the restaurant because the hostess was missing and couldn't seat me.

“For the price and star level, I was very happy with my 3 night stay at this hotel. I was traveling alone to Vegas for a short weekend vacation. After reading some of the reviews online, I was comfortable staying there by myself. I'm pretty picky when it comes to the smell of the room, the cleanliness of the bathroom, towels and sheets. Everything was perfect in the room I was in.”

  • It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
  • Gym was free. Take shuttle back to airport to eat or eat before you leave. Vending machine with water did not work on the floor we stayed on so bring some water with you.

“The hotel was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place for me and my wife to stay while traveling for a mix of business and leisure. We got a great rate as well.”

  • It was aesthetically pleasing, quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
  • The business center was not user-friendly. You had to pay $1/minute to use the computers.

  • Non-smoking, clean close to the Monorail station.
  • It's a 15-minute walk to the Las Vegas strip.

“We enjoyed our stay here. Because it is so close to the Monorail station, (across the street) if you buy a 24-hour pass ... you can be connected to the entire eastern side of the Las Vegas strip ... from the Sahara Hotel ... all the way down to MGM. The rooms are very nice, with great bedding.”

  • The main rail is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
  • The business center and the internet expensive $13 per day.

“I love the that it has a non smoking environment especially in Vegas! The complimentary starbucks coffee in the rooms were great and we enjoyed our stay! Would recommend this hotel to friends with kids.”

  • It would be a great hotel for having a conference in Vegas.
  • It was not within walking distance to any outside restaurants, drugstores, etc.

“I've always like Marriott. However, this hotel is really not the greatest place to stay when you're planning to do things in Las Vegas. The hotel food is
extremely expensive. I had a simple breakfast in my room one morning, and it was $30! In order to get to any other restaurants, drugstores, etc. you have to either take the monorail located about 1 block away, or take a cab. That adds $10 to $20 to any excursion you make out of the hotel. A better choice for me would have been one of the hotels that offers food discounts or free breakfasts and is within walking distance of the strip.”

  • The location was conveniently close to the strip but away from all the traffic.
  • The ammenities were a little less than I expected for the number of stars.

“I liked the fact that this hotel was conveniently close to the strip while being away from all the traffic and noise. A bonus was the fact that the entire hotel was non-smoking (however, our room smelled like a smoker had been in it before). Staff was friendly and room was clean. Ammenities were a bit lacking for a 4-star hotel rating, I would have considered this hotel closer to a 3.5 star. Overall though, great room at a even better price.”

  • Slow to respond, had to pay for internet. Very few TV channels.

“There were things missing from the room upon our arrival. Staff was very slow to respond. There are no vending machines. If you want a snack, you have to order room service. Spent $30 on an omelet and salad without drinks. Internet was $13 a night. Cheap hotels give internet for free. Very few TV channels. The bedding was uncomfortable along with the pillows. The location was very convenient for the convention center, but that was the only positive.”

  • Bathroom in room were nice with separate shower and tub, even though with room not ready in time couldn't utilize when needed.
  • Rooms were not cleaned and ready even by the 3 pm check in guarantee, waited until almost 4 pm for my room and had a wedding to go to at 5 pm.

“Hotel was clean, however, the staff was not accommodating when they did not have my room ready by 3 pm guarantee check in. Waited standing at the front counter for about 45 minutes while employee went in back and did not return for a long period of time. When I told them of the wedding that I had to clean up for (the reason for this trip) nothing done to accommodate, offered a chocolate candy WOW.”

  • The pool was closed. I didn't really like the location.

  • The room was very nice, we got a room with a view of golf course and close to the mono rail.
  • Limited TV to local channels or national news.

“This is a beautiful Hotel, a little tricky find if I did not have my GPS with me. The room was very clean,lots of towels available. It was too cold to go into the pool area but it looked inviting. The coffee shop is wonderful.”

  • I liked that the manager was accommodating enough to let me hold a meeting in the pool area.
  • One of the valet workers, caused damage to my car then ran away.

“I would rate the hotel as good for people who do not like the whole casino atmosphere. There is no smoke in the hotel and there are no gambling tables or machines. Nice and quiet!”

  • Polite employees.
  • Vehicle theft and hotel staff was not apologetic at all.

“My vehicle was parked valet for this hotel the last day they parked my vehicle on the second floor of parking garage. My vehicle while in valet possession was broken into they stoled my stereo, broke my door lock and also stoled personal paperwork from center cancel. The neighborhood behind this hotel is the scum I wont recommend this place to anyone.”

  • Contemporary, clean and friendly.
  • Pool is a little bit small, but that's ok.

“The room I stayed in was remodeled nicely and has a LCD TV. Star buck coffee(both regular and decaf) were provided in the room. Separate shower and tub in the bathroom is very convenient. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a very good hotel to stay.”

  • They charge for internet access.

“We really enjoyed our stay! Great suite. Great staff. Clean and comfortable. Very close to the monorail station. I think internet access should be complimentary (they charge for it). That is the only negative I have for it. Quiet room. We will stay at this property again when we are in town. I loved the time we spent there. I have already told numerous friends about it.”
