• The room was set up nicely.
• Ash trays in a non smoking room.

“Although
I liked the hotel, I did not like the fact that the hotel allowed a previous guest to smoke in the room. (I have proof). Also, the staff did not remove the sheets on the pullout bed, they were balled up in the couch, we had to change the sheets ourselves. The smoke detector in the main room did not work, a staff member removed the smoke detector and never returned.”

• Full size fridge.

• The bed was soft and the room was moderate sized.
• The smell of the hotel and room was horrible.

“We felt it was moderately priced and very comfortable, especially the bed. There was a great amount of space and a wonderfully sized bathroom, with adjoining kitchen that suited our families needs. The room however smelled, as if someone had just smoked in it and then tried to cover it up with cleaning chemicals. All in all, an ok stay. If it had not smelled, I would give it an excellent review.”

• Friendly staff.
• You only get house keeping if you stay more than 1 week.

“Hard to find, small unlit sign, had to call for directions. Bed was ok, pillows were comfortable. No house keeping- must stay 7 days before they clean your room. Staff was friendly and helpful in finding places. Pretty close to restaurants & other shopping.”

• The front desk person was excellent.
• I liked everything about this hotel.

“One of the nicest extended stay type hotels I have ever visited (and I have visited hundreds). The rooms were fresh, neat and clean. Everything you needed was there and then some. Beds were comfortable, as well as the overall room. Could not be more satisfied. The front desk clerk was friendly and very helpful.”

• We had two televisions in our suite, which made my husband and our daughter happy.
• The heat / air unit was extremely loud when we turned it on. It was so loud that we had to turn it off so that we could get to sleep.

“It was not a bad hotel. We had a suite with a fully equipped kitchen, which came in handy since our daughter was traveling with us. We also had the convenience of the Castlewood Cupboard which provided food and other items for us when we needed them. There was also a laundry facility in the hotel. These are just a few of the conveniences that I mentioned, although there were more.”

• It was quiet, had a nice little kitchenette, and treadmill downstairs
• Exercise equipment not functional.

• The way the room was laid out.
• Very hard to find, sign needs to be lit up at night.

“Staff well done. I did like the rooms. the out side lighting of the sign needs to seriously be upgraded. (can not be seen at night).”

• Very friendly.
• I asked for smoking did not receive it.

“I had requested smoking did not receive it and was told they would place me near an exit so for my convenience I could go outside and smoke. The night I stayed was in the middle of a snow storm. I did not find it convenient to stand outside in the middle of a snow storm. I was very upset since I had booked almost a half a week ahead of time to be told that I was the one refused a smoking room.”

• Friendly staff. Clean room. Nice location.
• Heating system noisy. Bathroom fan on at all times with light-annoying.

“I would recommend this hotel. The bed was very comfortable. We asked for a cot and got it at an extra charge, but it was very comfortable. My daughter had surgery and we stayed for 3 nights to be quiet and comfortable for her and it worked well for us.”

• Convenient o my venue, easy access to all major highways and the NJ Pkwy. As well.
• No facecloths in the room, 3 Ritz cracker sat inner foot of bed.

“Convenient to LRG. Industrial business district as well as several drivable cities and townships lots of shopping and variety of restaurants as well. Had pleasant experience overall (just the crackers), all the comforts of home, at a reasonable price.”

• The staff was very friendly, courteous with smiles.
• The workout machines were out of order & poor condition.

“The hotel is clandestinely tucked away off of Dresher road and is difficult to find, we passed by it twice. The workout area is small, has no weights, a one piece works every muscle machine from an infomercial and the stepper and both treadmills were out of order. Parking is ok and exits are adequate. This place desperately needs a pool and Jacuzzi; otherwise it's dull and boring. The staff is extremely friendly and the movies in VHS and DVD available at the front desk are a homey feel to compensate for the limited cable. Nice business traveler place to sleep and stay for a short stay but not romantic at all and kids would be so bored they would drive parents crazy.”

• Only one queen bed in each room.

“The hotel was difficult to find with no large lighted sign to guide us - had to use Map quest to get there. We were promised a rollaway cot which I had called about 3 weeks prior to our visit. The computer said it was in our room and it was not. The main desk clerk brought one up with only 2 bottom sheets and no blanket - no extras in the closet either. The fridge made an annoying clinking noise half the night - not sure we'd stay here again.”

• Staff was extremely friendly and tried to be helpful.
• Single queen bed, Father and two big hockey players did not work!

“Nice facility, nice location, although 23 miles from our desired location. No flexibility of room types. Single queen bed, with no roll-always available. One person ended up on floor. Don't expect this out of a $120 hotel room. ”

• Clean room, kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc.
• Nothing I didn't like.

“Hotel located in a shaded, tree covered business development which was very nice. Seemed to be occupied mostly by business travelers. No pool, but I knew that before I went and didn't really care about that but if you want one, there isn't one at this hotel. Movie library on tape, cd's in the office.”

• Bed was great.
• It took me 2 hours to locate the hotel. Directions were bad.

“My partner and I spent 2 hours trying to locate the hotel. The local phone number was not on our itinerary. The street had no street sign. ”

• Best of the extended stay hotels in the area that we have experienced.
• TV needed repair and TV remote needed replacement.

“Hotel staff helpful and pleasant. We have stayed in many extended stay facilities in the area, and this is the one we liked best. Kitchen well stocked for two people and room comfortable.”

• Little extras, 1 free drink and popcorn, free use of laundry, exercise room, helpful staff.
• Poor mattress, TV remote did not work well.

“I was basically pleased with my stay of two nights. I like the kitchen, with a dishwasher, free coffee and popcorn. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It was basically clean, but needed a new mattress and TV remote.”

• Kitchen, Internet access, quiet, fitness room, view.
• Pillows were not uncomfortable.

“It was easy check in and check out. I called to ask for a non smoking room and the receptionist changed it. It was very quiet and peaceful. It was pretty in the back of the hotel. The room was nice especially with the internet and kitchen.”
