• Refrigerator in room, free parking, free internet very important.
• Nothing to complain about. I got what I wanted.

“It's a good quality hotel and one is satisfied with the overall comfort of the establishment. I rate the fact that parking,
internet is free very highly and would rather stay here than a Hilton.”

• It was not a 3-star as much as the ones we have stayed at in other places.

“Not bad for the price through Priceline, but we wanted a 3-star like others we have stayed in. This was very average.”

• Location to friends house.
• Did not like the bed, too hard, and to many coverings making it hot and uncomfortable.

• The bed was so comfortable and the room was very quiet.
• It was farther from the freeway (I-5) than I was led to believe.

“Good: Very helpful staff; surprisingly very quiet with it being so close to a freeway; the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. Not so good; the immediate area is all business oriented so it's not an attractive location; I was told that it was just a few minutes off of Interstate 5 but it was more like 20 minutes (which means 40 minutes RT).”

• No restaurant and the soda machine were almost empty.

• Enjoyed both the staff and presentation of hotel.
• Lovely view of the freeway.

“For a business traveler this would be an ideal hotel, being that they had staff that not only wished to help but did so with true sincerity. Layout and overall presentation in regards to neatness were above standard. The hotel is located next to a freeway, so it can be expected to have a certain amount of road noise depending on your room.”

• I really thought that the service was fast and friendly. I was definateley comfortable with my hotel.
• I liked everything.

“This is a great choice for those people who just want to get away from it all. There is not much noise and no disruptions of any kind. Its very peaceful. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little away from Laguna Beach and a Starbucks. So if you do need some community its just outside the door.”

“Courtyard by Marriott Foothill Ranch has a beautiful lobby and entrance area. It is located in a quiet, uncrowded area. The rooms are very large, comfortable and include many modern conveniences such as free internet in every room. We enjoyed our stay.”

• I liked the room and the breakfasts.
• The pool tile needed to be cleaned of scum on the sides.

“This hotel is easy access from a toll road. The toll did not take our quarters several times, and so we had to put in more money. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean. The bed was pulled down each night and left spotless. The shower was great. Bottled water was there for a fee. People were very nice here. The price was right for us at this time. We would go again.”

• Its convenient location was terrific and a blessing!
• The room was not properly cleaned at all. Very surprised at the condition it was in.

“Courtyard Marriott is an above average hotel, however it is sorely overtaxed. I had to wait a long time at the corner while the staff answered phones and attended to B-day party details rather than checking me in. That was a very poor choice on their part. Again, convenience of location is the most desirable quality of this particular hotel.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• We had a complicated situation. The staff was somewhat confused and made mistakes. It was not a big deal. It could have been handled more efficient

• Its location was in the foothills and very restful.
• Elevator was slow.

“The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever gone to. Omelets were cooked to order, the rest was self service. We enjoyed eating out in the close-by shopping mall and the homey environment. I like the fireplace on the rainy weekend that we had. Very nice overall.”
